Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 3 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I confess I did not expect much from this game, I expected it to be the usual walking sim without any particularly interesting feature, but I'm glad to say that I changed my mind! Insider Threat is a survival horror that clearly draws inspiration from Alien and Dead Space, and does a remarkably good work in replicating the unforgettable atmosphere of the great classics of sci-fi horror. The photorealistic graphics, powered by the excellent Unreal Engine (I guess version 5 from the quality), create a genuinely gloomy and haunting climate, which is further enhanced by the masterful use of particles, sound and light effects. As I made my way through the dark abandoned research facility, I clearly felt like I was wandering accross the dimly lit corridors of the Nostromo (the spaceship inside which the first Alien movie is set). And speaking of gameplay, it surprised me too. There are not just jumpscares here (that are not random, by the way, but cleverly placed and contextualized), but also a simple but effective survival mechanic that will constantly keep you on your toes, especially if you are playing the intended "developer" mode. It is a sort of "hardcore" mode with no checkpoints, that forces you to start over if you die. There is also an "easy" mode that keeps your progress, if you just want to follow the story, but the true thrill is obviously offered by the former mode, where a single mistake or distraction could cost your entire run! Playing this game in "developer" mode is a genuinely scary experience, which makes you truly feel what the protagonists of classic horror sci-fi movies felt during their adventures. Personally, I recommend playing first in "easy", and then in "developer", to get the full experience this game has to offer without getting needlessly frustrated. Overall, a very good game, as a fan of the genre I liked it A LOT, so I certainly recommend it. Excellent work! Cheers guys!

EN/FR I loved ! Visually it's beautiful, gameplay-wise it's clean and it works well. A smooth camera would have been a plus but it's ok. The game takes around 1h-1h15, the objectives are classic for indie horror games (find a key, a fuse or other and unlock the next area). What I particularly liked in this game were the jumpscares! Always there when you don't expect it, very well done animations and a tension maintained throughout with the sound environment which also works well. As for confrontations with the enemy, it's perfectly manageable. There are also two game modes: one where if you die, you have to start all over again, and an easy mode to keep your progress. I played with this mode and really enjoyed the experience. I'll keep an eye on the developers' next releases. In any case I recommend!
Game Review: Insider Threat So, Insider Threat is a game where I found myself in a strange situation — starting off trapped in an underground bunker with some puzzle elements and needing to find keycards. But what began as a seemingly intriguing mystery quickly became a bit frustrating. The first major issue I encountered was how tedious navigating the bunker felt. The absence of a radar or map system made it hard to orient myself, leading to a lot of wandering and backtracking. Not only that, but the difficulty was amplified by how enemies were designed; it wasn't about skill as much as it was about trial and error, especially when I wasn't even equipped with any weapon. Speaking of that, the lack of weapons made the whole thing feel a bit unfair at times. I mean, when I’m being chased by threats but have no means to defend myself, it just ends up feeling more frustrating than fun. The stealth mechanics could definitely use some refinement. It would have been helpful to have indicators for enemies or objectives, as I was often left wandering aimlessly. This, along with the sparse save points, meant that dying sent me back farther than I'd like, which added to my overall frustration. I did appreciate some aspects of the story though. Without giving away too much, the whole scientist and experimentation plot had potential, and I found myself getting more curious about where it was going. Unfortunately, this narrative didn't completely make up for the rough gameplay experience. To be fair, the game has some good concepts that I believe could be fleshed out more in future updates. If the developers address the user-friendliness—perhaps by adding a radar or some means of weaponry—it could make a big difference. Rating: For now, I’d rate Insider Threat a 2.5/5. With a bit more polish, I could see it reaching a solid 3. It's just a bit too rough around the edges in its current state. Hopefully, future updates will address some of the issues, because it definitely has potential.
For what it was, they did a good job with it. Wearing headphones is a must!
I just can't get on board with this one. Every room and corridor look exactly the same. Feels like you are just walking around looking for a flashing object to unlock the next area with cheesy jumpscares sprinkled in.
I have to say that this is a great game!! Despite it only being a short game, it's worth playing! The graphics, the jumpscares, the sounds; it all blends together to form a really true horror game!! I love the designs for the monsters and how everything is so detailed as well! I'd definitely play this game again and hope that others can enjoy it as much as I did! <3
I've now played The Guest, From Hell, and now Insider Threat. All i can say is wow, great games. I really enjoyed this one. It was a lot harder than the other 2 but all 3 games were great. I played all 3 of these games on the steam deck and they played excellent. A suggestion to the devs. Please keep making your future games with the same format as these 3 so i can play them on my deck. The next game should have zombies in it. i am a big fan of Zombie games so i would definitely be playing that. Now i am going to be playing the Ritual. I expect nothing but awesomeness from this dev.
I didn't expect much goin' into this game but I left impressed. The game runs smoothly for me and the atmosphere is great. I would have liked to hear some voice over work for the story tho. You can play this in either deleveloper mode which is one and done or easy mode which allows saves. I went with developer mode which was a mistake lol. I needed to save in order to pick it back up at a later date. It features a few jump scare and they are nicely placed ha. One even got me..ouch. The game is nice priced at 5 bucks so why not give it a go? Gameplay Impressions: https://youtu.be/xpY7i2-fx74
Wow. Just... wow. 'Insider Threat' is not just a game; it's an experience that will linger with you long after you've powered down your computer. From the moment I launched the game, I was completely absorbed in its eerie atmosphere and gripping storyline. The developers have truly outdone themselves with the attention to detail in every aspect of this game. The graphics are beautiful, creating an environment that feels both familiar and utterly terrifying. The sound design is masterful, with every creak, whisper, and distant scream sending shivers down my spine. The mechanics are smooth and intuitive, allowing for seamless immersion into the heart-pounding action. The puzzles are somewhat challenging yet satisfying to solve, and the pacing keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. 'Insider Threat' is not just a game; it's a masterpiece of horror gaming that deserves to be experienced by anyone who considers themselves a fan of the genre. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or a newcomer to horror games, I cannot recommend 'Insider Threat' highly enough. Do yourself a favor and dive into this nightmare. You won't regret it."
