\\\Nikki! Nikki!/// \\\Infinity Nikki!/// I love her! I could write novels about my love for her. I have been playing everyday since 1.1 on Epic. I have over 600+ hours on there. I installed her here just to make this review. Yes, this is a gacha game. Yes, you can pay money for rolls. You also get about ~200 every single patch or more for free for simply Playing The Game. Running around as Nikki in a cute outfit in a beautiful world to explore, find treasure, and do quests is very simple "grinding" if you could even call it that. If you go back through the older content/areas there is much more to get there. I have never paid for rolls and have multiple full 5* outfits and many miscellaneous pieces that are fun to mix and match. There is no power scaling, there is no meta, you aren't left behind for not rolling, unlike other gachas. Roll for what is pretty and not for the ability. This is truly a unique game, with nothing else like it out there! The point of this game is to dress up a gorgeous woman and take outfits in a beautiful world. The story can be hit or miss, lots of annoying characters, some quests are about bath water and others are about how to mourn grief or accept yourself, there has been some amazing lines out of left field. The Japanese voice dub is amazing, and Momo is actually a funny and cute companion, not annoying at all unlike other quirky mascots. 1.X was better than 2.X but I still am enjoying it. The dye system is a bit strange, but you just need to understand how to work with it instead of crying over game mechanics. My PC isn't top of the line and a few years old, yet I still can play with ultra textures and near max graphics, stable 60FPS on 1080p. On some LAPTOPS it can load slowly, yet on average it seems to run quite well for me. This is an UE5 game after all. The file size is big because of the thousands of hi-resolution textures, I was blown away at how you can see every single stitch, every sequin, every thread, the texture of the materials is clear at first glance, there is NO OTHER GAME that has clothes in such high detail. My photos folder is a few dozen gigabytes, no other game has such an in depth photography and posing system, you can get extremely creative! I am big on virtual photography in a lot of other games, and the system in here just tickles me pink. The new patches every month give me things to look forward to! There is nothing P2W in the shop, just extra clothes, poses, makeup, that are all optional. Compared to the other F2P games I have tried, this doesn't seem like too "greedy" of a game, in my opinion. Miraland feels like home, I love coming back to it every day after all this time. And on days where I don't feel like playing too much, the dailies take less than 5 mins. The housing system is a bit busted and arranging stuff is tricky, but supposedly it's better now. I am just hoarding a ton of unique furniture and have everything maxxed out anyways just incase the day comes where I DO want to decorate, but there is a ton of potential there. I have seen other Stylists make some truly unique and wonderful things on their home islands. To sum up; I love this game and am committed to play her forever. We will never EOS, sisters! Disregard bad reviews from users with unoptimized hardware or complaining about Infold's other IP, irrelevant here. If you are considering this game, the best time to start would be last year in 1.X, the second best time to start is now!
EPİK
Graphics are so detailed and they update consistently, with amazing storylines that keep you hooked for the next update. Since it's free to play, the amount of content you get is amazing.
good
it is fun
PLEASE NOTE that most of my hours were made before this game released on steam. decent game, kinda disappointed with the snail beast fight in the recent-ish Itzaland. It felt like I was more of a spectator in the fight with all of the cut away scenes than actually fighting a boss. It was cool until the 15th transition lol. Not to mention how weird the fight segment on the bird was... Another nitpick is that I didn't know before starting this game that the whole Nikki series is literally about Nikki, so I was pretty disappointed when I realized I couldn't completely customize my characters face or body. This is where I wish Life Makeover would come out with a competitor for this game... As it is not nearly as cash grabby either.
it good
