About
“The Mad Virus” has spread throughout the world with the speed of jet planes. The infected are highly aggressive, fast and strong. In a couple of weeks, society collapsed. Cities are empty. There is no electricity, no water, and no food. Yet, there are a few survivors...
Type in the name of the city or town, download the map and start playing! Thanks to OpenStreetMap’s real-world data, you can choose any place in the world for your survivors.
Establish a new “Infection Free Zone” wherever you choose. Set up shelters and production facilities. Adapt existing buildings to new needs. Build new farms and power houses. Establish defenses with walls, gates, and towers.
Utilize your knowledge of the city. What is the best place to defend? Where were the grocery stores, where were the pharmacies? Where would you look for weapons? Remember that it’s dangerous to search the old buildings, there might be some infected lurking in the dark!
Each night, your settlement might be attacked by large hordes of the infected. Fight them off with every tool available - melee and ranged weapons, vehicles, walls and light. Research a vaccine or a cure for ultimate victory, or just enjoy rebuilding entire cities!
Your survivors will surely find other surviving groups. Some will be friendly and willing to trade, but others will be extremely hostile. There might be some fighting involved!

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is great! Locate your home, Build a base, capture your neigbours homes and turn them into workshops and hospitals. Loot your local police station and get some guns. If you know where it is in real life, you will find it ingame. The game is regularly updated and maintained. What can I say more, definitely worth the price!
Гарна задумка та реалізація)
Muito muito bom
Petit jeu sympathique
way more fun than i had imagined. not necessarily a city-builder (you mostly take over buildings and repurpose them), but it has everything that you would want in a post-apocalyptic strategy/management game. It also has openstreetmap data, so you can essentially start your civilization anywhere in the world with pretty good accuracy.
So after almost 140 hours, theres quite a bit to say about this game. Starting off with pros, i'd like to mention how unique of a mechanic it is that the game's world generation is based off of IRL mapping systems. Buildings and placements seem to be very accurate to in real life, and alot of the building loot is generated based off of what type of buildings real life would have. For example if you have a precinct IRL and find it in the game, its still a precinct and gives weapons/armour/munitions. Hospitals, warehouses, etc work mostly the same. The game is highly optimized for a small dev team with massive ambitions, very few bugs or glitches. The gameplay is second to none for its category, which is top-down strategy zombie survival and base building. The game feels brutal at times during the beginning and middle when you are setting up your settlement, and highly rewarding being able to wipe out lairs of 200 zombies and only losing a few members of different squads. Lets talk about Vehicles. The vehicle variety in this game is alright, i have no real complaints other than a semi-truck with trailer would be kind of cool as an upgrade from the box truck, and an actual tank instead of a SWAT-style APC. The vehicles in this game feel purposeful, balanced, and each one has their own uses. Customizability is somewhat good. You can adjust how many survivors you start with, total loot percentages, swarm/horde amounts, and once you beat the game you get the option to continue the game in a new zone, or start a completely new save in a different zone where you start off with a few cars, survivors with weapons, a mobile HQ to set up pretty much wherever you want. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now lets talk about cons. The biggest thing i have against the game is it's story and the way the game handles giving you missions. At the beginning, the game throws tasks and missions at you almost way too quickly and becomes overwhelming. At the end, its alot of waiting for missions to complete or waiting to get the next mission, particularly (SPOILERS) when you get to the sabotage missions towards the end. Lesser so, but still cons, the weapon variety is somewhat bare minimum. You get basic machetes if you don't give squads weapons, and a halberd melee weapon if you make or find them. Melee in this game is borderline useless. Guns, you get pistol, shotgun, assault rifle, sniper rifle, LMG, mortar, and you can give your towers bows and arrows. you can now get grenades, but they are somewhat useless as an LMG is much cheaper to maintain and mows down literally everything in sight. I think weapons should come in different tiers, for example light duty pistol and heavy pistol that does more damage and follow up with the rest of the weapons. The game relies on a task management system, which as of recently was upgraded to a priority based system. Meaning you can assign jobs in order of priority to your needs and adjust up or down the amount of working survivors working on those tasks to a set limit dependent on the size of the job. This sounds cool, but when you get to late game, the management system constantly is finnicky and moves around workers in wierd and stupid ways. It's not all the time, but when it happens its extremely annoying. Expedititions are almost only worth it if you've looted the entire visible map and if you are looking to farm cars. Last con, the game while optimized will become very Vram intensive if you select an area with more than 8,000 buildings. Playing the game on my guest system 4060ti i7 is fine, but once you get over the 10,000 building spawn areas, it's almost required to have a 16gb chip and 64gb ram. My 5080 and 14700k handles the larger maps on full graphics, but just be aware that game performance drastically becomes resource intensive on your PC around the 10k building spawn maps. Overall, i've had alot of fun playing this game. It's almost endlessly replayable given the mapping system as you can choose literally anywhere in the world to spawn and survive in, and the price isn't bad either. 9/10 game for the genre it sits in, 8/10 game overall. Excited to see where the Devs take it <3
