For as lauded as this game is, there sure is a lot of jank and awkwardness. I hate to say it's riddled with bugs, but 5 minutes don't go by without something weird happening. Enemies freezing in a standing position after you knock them out. Icons on the map not showing up for items you haven't collected yet. Characters eerily standing directly in front of blank walls and staring at them for indefinite periods. Bad guys flat out ignoring your AI partners, even if they run directly through a group of them in broad daylight. Having conversations with NPCs that are nowhere near you so you can only hear your side of what's being said. If I made a list of all the weird ♥♥♥♥ that happens while playing this game this review would become an essay. There's other weirdness though. Movement is almost always awkward, from swinging to crawling, to swimming and running. It's almost always done clumsily. When you run, Indy's arms flap strangely in front of you. If you catch a glimpse of your shadow while doing this it will probably make you laugh. It's incredibly unnatural and video gamey, and completely uncharacteristic of the character we know from the films. The length of the game is inflated with too much crap to collect across a confusing map system. Far too frequently, areas or items identified on the map are inaccessible, but it's not obvious that they are inaccessible, so time is wasted clumsily trying to navigate to an impossible point. While struggling with this I got physically stuck in a few spots I wasn't supposed to be in and had to reload a checkpoint resulting in lost progress. Also, the pacing can be boring, with way too much focus on stealth and not nearly enough action. It's nice Indy adventure with good side characters, superior to the previous two films narratively, but it's not as good as I was expecting. The music and power from the trailer isn't present in the actual game. They barely play the Indy theme at all. I can't really recommend it to anyone other than dedicated Indiana Jones fans.

An easy recommend for anyone interested in adventure games; it really takes you on an adventure.

올드한 그 시절 감성과 인디아나 특유의 개그 성을 잘 융합한 것 같다. 게다가 그 공간에서 전투하고 퍼즐을 풀고 연출을 보면서 다양한 역사와 문화를 거니는 게 영화를 보는 것 같았다.
