This is incredibly lazy Russian shovelware, I think intended to be a joke game (if the developer had done any testing and if the game actually worked). The idea is that you go through a surreal Russian street experience interacting with AI slop generated billboarded NPCs. It's just hot garbage.
As mentioned, this is the killer, the game environments don't render properly, you can see through buildings and there's distorted banners across the middle of the screen depending on which angle you're looking from. It's evident the developer didn't test this on a range of hardware and different operating systems. When developers ask gamers for money, they're 100% obligated to test, or hire testing staff to test their games on a wide array of hardware and operating system versions in a variety of configurations. Failure to meet this basic obligation is unacceptable... they want YOUR money but they can't even be bothered testing their product!
The game is very simplistic, small and limited in scope and ambition. This feels more like a tech demo, proof of concept or student homework assignment rather than a fully fledged product designed for PC gamers. As such it doesn't offer any real value as a serious PC game.
From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
The graphics aren't great. low poly backdrops, a crap pixel filter that makes it look uglier, and AI slop assets That will understandably a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises.
There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision.
As mentioned, this features really godawful, "wrong" looking AI slop instead of genuinely and sincerely created game assets. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating real game assets or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision. AI slop sticks out like a sore thumb... and it comes across as insulting.
There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too, and that's glaringly obvious here.
The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts.
These technical shortcomings push this game below minimum standards for any competently developed modern PC game.
The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was [b]only 4 players[/b]. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 130 million gamers on Steam and well over 140,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected.
Let's look at the price and what kind of value this actually offers gamers. Should you buy this game? Is it one of the best of the 140,000+ games on Steam?
The developer is deliberately and unethically trying to scam gamers into paying them the farcical price of $2 USD for a game they know is broken. Don't give it to them.
Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.
The use of AI slop is a direct insult to gamers and real, ethical content creators and artists everywhere.

Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.[/quote]
