I Expect You To Die

One of my favorite Puzzle games and favorite VR game i noticed they made 2 more so i bought the bundle cant wait to see if the puzzles are as good and as hard as the last 3. very enjoyable game, the speedruns though ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i hated them but it was fun.

I Expect You To Die is a VR game that gives you the exciting opportunity to become a highly trained secret agent whose main skill is dying in increasingly stupid ways. You are a super-spy with telekinesis, gadgets, and the ability to solve complex puzzles. Unfortunately, you also have the survival instincts of a moth near a light bulb. The game immediately throws you into ridiculous spy situations involving exploding cars, deadly lasers, poisonous gas, suspiciously convenient buttons, and objects that are absolutely not meant to be touched. Naturally, you touch everything. The telekinesis is incredibly useful. You can grab objects from across the room, manipulate machinery, and retrieve important items without moving. You can also use it to repeatedly throw random objects around the room because, let's be honest, VR physics are entertainment enough on their own. The puzzles are clever, but the real challenge is figuring out which completely innocent-looking object is about to murder you. Open the wrong drawer? Dead. Drink the wrong thing? Dead. Turn on the engine? Congratulations, you're now inside a fireball. Look at something suspicious? Probably dead anyway. The title isn't even a warning. It's basically the game telling you exactly how it feels about your abilities. The voice acting and music make you feel like a legendary spy in a classic Bond movie, right up until you accidentally poison yourself with your own martini. And because it's VR, the immersion is incredible. You physically reach for objects, lean around corners, and interact with the environment which makes it even more embarrassing when you die because you forgot that poison gas is generally considered bad for humans. I Expect You To Die is clever, hilarious, immersive, and possibly the best game ever made for proving that intelligence and survival instincts are two completely different stats. 10/10 I expected to die. I just didn't expect to die that stupidly.
