Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Aug 20 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game will either give you arachnophobia or (maybe...still to be determind) cure it. I personally have arachnophobia and the only thing helping me get through this game is naming the spiders. Yes. It sounds silly but honestly it kinda worked for me xD Huntsman - Pita (for Pain In The Ass) Orb Weavers - Fug (cause when you see them your first thought will PROBABLY be "Fug this ♥♥♥♥ i'm out!") Tarantula - Lotta (for when you encounter them, they are a whole Lotta NOPE!) Trap door spiders - Ogno (for OH GOD NO!) I personally think this game is awesome. In my opinion graphics are 8/10, The atmosphere and tension is a 12/10, and the spiders are 100% FREAKY xD
All the animals in this game are really cute, they're very placid and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this game to those who love these absolutely beautiful and harmless creatures!

I genuinely wanted to enjoy Huntsman. The premise is fantastic, and a horror game centered around spiders has enormous potential to create a uniquely terrifying experience. Unfortunately, the execution falls spectacularly short. This is, without question, one of the most frustrating games I’ve ever played. The experience was riddled with bugs—some minor, but several severe enough to halt progression entirely. I was forced to restart the game because of technical issues, and by that point any sense of fear or immersion had completely evaporated. Horror relies on tension, uncertainty, and atmosphere. When you’re constantly wondering whether the next obstacle is an intended challenge or just another bug, that tension disappears. Instead of experiencing the game as the developers intended, I found myself simply going through the motions, rushing to the end just to be finished with it. It’s especially disappointing because the core concept has real promise. There are moments where you can see what the game could have been, but they’re buried beneath technical problems that undermine nearly every aspect of the experience. Until the game receives significant fixes, I can’t recommend it. A horror game shouldn’t leave players frustrated with the software—it should leave them terrified of what’s lurking in the dark.
It's very buggy, no pun intended. After dying, progressing sometimes becomes impossible as key progression items like the computer becomes unusable. Dont buy until fixed.
Where to being. The Sparassidae at the beginning was quite difficult to navigate at first. Not a huntsman expert so i cannot speak on what species it was modeled after but it reminded me of my old pet Cerbalus aravaensis. We next encountered some beautiful Nephilinae, possibly Nephila pilipes, fun fact, the silk from a spider in this family was used to make a genuine article of clothing, very powerful silk. Then we move on to a beautiful Theraphosid, now i cant quite nail down this one either, but it reminds me of a Harpactira pulchripies, which would line up with all the webbing, Theyre known more for being bright gold with blue legs, but that blue does dull down as they get close to molting, i got to appreciate the level of detail they put into these models when it hung upside down by the stairs, including the sternal plate and labium, along with the cheliceral hairs. Although i take issue with the wrapped meals of people, Theraphosa dont really do that, they mash their meal into a bolus and then throw it away, that would have worked more for the Nephila earlier though. I also got a glimpse of another Mygalomorph in the area, a beautiful trap door spider. Sadly my experience with these beauties is very limited, and the only one ive owned was not a Mygal, but a Mesothele. Still incredible, intelligent creatures. The Chelicera seem relatively small for trap doors though, they usually have big ole chompahs. Thats as far as i was able to get so far in this game, beautiful spiders. I only wish they got this big. Update: I TAKE IT ALL BACK, 0/10, made me kill the beautiful creatures. What monster made this game, and who hurt them?
Oh man... I don't have any problems playing other horror games. I always enjoyed those experiences and it was never easy to truly scare me.....and since I have arachnophobia I tried this one. And to be honest...this is one of the few horror games that I physically almost CAN'T play. The movement of the spiders is actually really accurate. Accurate enough to make me gag. Since this game does exactly what it's supposed to do, I gotta give it a positive rating. Even though I hate playing every second of it.
Game was alright, would I leave a Positive review? Not really, not at this time. It's got too many bugs, glitches, and other faulties within game. Its a neat idea and concept. However, needs a lot of work. And probably more story to it. Just imo. Would I recommend this game? Not quite yet. Review may change depending on updates, and depending if any new sort of story pops up. Overall Will rate it fairly. 8.5/10 4.5/5
powers on but pc isnt turning on, thank god im under 2 hours. Steam give me a refund. Fix yalls game, 2 game breaking bugs in less than 2 hours. awful.
