Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Is a massive downground from House Flipper 1. The graphics look worse than the first one, I miss the realistic vibes of the first one. I was super excited because of the co-op but they really undersold on this game.
Loved this game but after the update it doesn't last more than 5 minutes on my own projects. Email projects work just fine. I have had everything set to low.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

çok iyi bütün gün oynanır akıyor ya
super super super addicting and i love it. my friends dont understand my obsession but i sure do
I used to love this game between Fall 2024-Spring 2025, but sadly every update since then has felt like it took away some of what I loved about the game before. I liked the open-endedness of the buyers, especially compared to the original game. I loved that I could fill most houses with any style and any color of furniture I wanted and I was rewarded for my effort in my creativity, not having to fill any boxes. The old buyer system with a few individual buyers felt alright because I could theme a few houses to try to "catch" them, and not be punished for being as freeform as I want for the majority of the rest. Speaking of creativity, another thing that severely dampened my flow in the game was the change last year which changed the preview of furniture and items from changing on hovering over swatches, to only changing when you click on each swatch. When I was able to view all the options in a matter of seconds before, this severely slowed down my workflow and enjoyment of decorating. I know the devs seem insistent on keeping this layout and that many fans don't mind, but I see no reason why there can't be an option to preview on hover. It doesn't have to be on by default, it can be hidden in the settings. I'm aware that I seem to be in the minority with these opinions, so if these seem like nonissues to you, please disregard this review in your decision to purchase. Many of the updates added to the game have added good features as well, I just fear that the devs have lost sight some of what the initial fanbase liked about the game along the way. If any of this changes in the future, I'd love to be able to update this review to positive and put many more hours into the game once more.

Every other couple you fix up the house for are lesbians. 10/10
This is an improved version of the first House Flipper. The visuals are lovely and it made me care about the characters I'm working for However, a few issues arise when it comes to the gameplay. Some parts feel very stiff to play, specficially the cleaning, tiling/placing wallpaper and tiles, and, the worst one, the painting feels very annoying to control and I dread everytime I have to paint, the first game made painting enjoyable, but the new mechanic of free paint doesn't feel good to play, like if I use mouse, it's really slow and if I use WASD, it's extremely fast, it's very frustrating to control. But that's just me. I'll need to play it a bit more to get used to it, but the complicated mechanics isn't what this game needs, which is why I prefer the first House Flipper
