I have played House Flipper 2 for around 18 hours, and I really enjoy the game. It is relaxing, creative, and gives you a lot of freedom to design, decorate, renovate, and make each house feel personal. I especially like how many different options there are for creative expression, and it is very satisfying to see a project come together. The only downside for me is the achievements. I have completed all of them, but some of them have not loaded or unlocked properly, even after restarting the game. That has been a bit frustrating. Overall, I would definitely recommend House Flipper 2 to anyone who enjoys building, decorating, renovating, and being creative. It is a really good game, and I have had a great time playing it.

This in so many ways is a massive upgrade to House Flipper 1, there is so much more detail, and while the catalogue is smaller due to its age, it still has so much variety. And has the color / dye system of Sims 3. The sandbox mode is the best, being able to build my dream home, model a home I know of inrl, or just explore what this games engine can do is a blast. Only complaint, wish I could see which buyers would be there when I was selling before I did, but they do give hints of what they will accept so it requires some snooping. 10/10 do recommend!
This game is an awesome way to mindlessly kill time.. but why on earth are we subjected to vacuuming leaves? Leaf blowers exist for a reason!
Da geben sich Menschen super viel Mühe mit einem zweiten Teil dieses Spiels und fabrizieren leider das: Super viele Sachen sind absolut missverständlich. Z.B.: Die Verkabelung!!! Was zum Henker soll das!!! Also ich kann eine Lampe in einen Raum oder mehrere Lampen in einen Raum mit einem Lichtschalter verbindet... Aber siehe da, sobald man einen neuen Lichtschalter kauft. Verbinden sich zuvor erstellte Verkabelungen sofort ebenfalls mit dem Lichtschalter bzw der Lichtquelle!!! Boah ganz im ernst, wenn ihr solche Sachen nicht programmiert bekommt, dann lasst es doch weg. Niemand braucht den Müll!!!!!!!!! Noch so ein Trigger in dem Spiel sind die Dächer. Du kannst diese von innen nicht anders streichen, dann ist alles vom Dach plötzlich in der Farbe! Wieso? Keine Ahnung? Solche phänomenalen Sachen sehe ich immer wieder und ich frage mich, wie man für so etwas soviel Geld verlangen kann. Obwohl das Spiel doch eindeutig nicht das leistet, was es könnte. Habt ihr mal über Testspieler nachgedacht? Jemanden der auf Bugs prüft? Womiut rechtfertigt ihr den Preis des SPiels, wenn soviele Sachen noch zu verbessern sind !!!!!!! Liebes Steam Team bitte gebt mir 50% Rabatt für meine Kauf. Dieses Spiel ist cool, aber sein Geld absolut nicht Wert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I honestly love this game, I appreciate the full customization that this game has over the first house flipper. I love both games dearly but this one is my favorite by far. I hope the dev is able to create some more amazing DLC packs in the future.
