Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 8.86/day in the week to Sep 2 → 11/day in the week after.

Remember: building from scratch is no easy task! But let's face it, it's definitely worth putting in extra effort to design the house of your dreams.

Between the mountain tops and the endless sea, there lies the town of Pinnacove. A place where time slows down, and the friendly residents are ready to entrust you with their homes. Can you discover some of the stories within these walls? Your old pal Tom, who seems to know everybody in the neighborhood, will gladly share some local knowledge with you.
In House Flipper 2, you are the foreman! You get to decide what 'relaxing gameplay' means! Do you enjoy building? Choose the Sandbox Mode which allows you to construct houses from scratch. Or maybe you prefer cleaning and decorating? In the Story Mode, you will delve into long and engaging renovation projects, as well as deal with some quick jobs.
Sit back and relax, here comes the new age of House Flipper!

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Reviews
Feels like I pad more for less content than the first game, I don't think I can in good faith give this game a good rating. Especially considering they just keep adding paid for DLC content that hardly ad's anything to the game.
I bought this to flip houses. I am coming up on 5 hours into the game and I am not even done with the tutorial. (I haven't even begun to do any house flipping)

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Please fix the bugs in your sandbox mode, I’m begging you! All the houses downloaded in sandbox mode don’t get fully deleted when I press X—they just pile up on my C drive. Even if I force-delete them manually from the C drive, the game redownloads them automatically as soon as I launch it. And once they’re redownloaded, there’s no way to delete them at all. This is absolutely ridiculous and puts a massive strain on my computer. I’ve put over 800 hours into this game and I really love it, but could you please patch this bug? Am I supposed to let this game balloon up to 1 terabyte in size?
I highly recommended this game. Love it so much. Highly addicted.
This is my comfort game.
еще хоть одна просьба покрасить стены в белый и я за себя не ручаюсь.
After something like 200 hours, I have to say I prefer the first game. And recently devs 'updated' the house selling part of the game and it has made it crap, to be honest. More often than not We lose money on selling houses, which is dumb when even following buyers preferences some of those buyers don't even show up to the sales, even when they are ticked in the buyer ui. So no, I do not recommend house flipper 2, House flipper 1 was a 100% better game. Number 2 feels like a gutted version of the first game. Less to do, and slow with getting out dlc content to make it feel even half as good as the original.
♥♥♥♥♥ позорная
Love this game. I wish we had more houses and packs as I could do this forever
