**Absolutely love this game!** House Flipper 2 is honestly one of the most relaxing and satisfying games I’ve played. I loved the first game, but HF2 somehow makes the whole experience even better. The graphics are beautiful, the building and decorating tools are much smoother, and there’s just something incredibly satisfying about taking a messy place and turning it into a beautiful home. I can easily spend hours cleaning, renovating, decorating, and just experimenting with different ideas. The freedom you have is amazing, and the game is perfect when you want to relax and enjoy yourself without any pressure. The attention to detail, the atmosphere, and the amount of things you can do make this game so much fun. I genuinely love coming back to it, and I can already see myself spending hundreds of hours playing. **Highly recommended! 10/10 ❤️** If you enjoy decorating, renovating, building, or just relaxing while doing something satisfying, you absolutely need to try House Flipper 2!

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I absolutely loved House Flipper 2. It's one of those games that takes simple tasks like cleaning, painting, decorating, and renovating and somehow makes them incredibly addictive. Whether you're following client requests or creating your own dream home, there's something very satisfying about seeing a neglected property transformed into a beautiful space. Rating: 9/10 What I Liked ✅ Extremely satisfying gameplay – Few games make everyday tasks feel this rewarding. Cleaning, painting, furnishing, and transforming a run-down property into a beautiful home is genuinely addictive. ✅ Creative freedom – The game gives players plenty of flexibility when it comes to design choices. You can follow the clients' requests or create your own vision and style. ✅ Improved graphics and tools – Compared to the original game, everything feels smoother, more polished, and visually appealing. ✅ Sandbox mode – Being able to build and design homes from scratch adds a whole new level of creativity and replayability. ✅ Relaxing experience – There are no time pressures or difficult mechanics. It's the perfect game to unwind with after a long day. What Could Be Better ❌ More tool improvements and variety – The tools are already good, but after many hours of gameplay it feels like there could be more upgrades, customization options, and advanced renovation tools to unlock. ❌ Selling houses can be frustrating – Understanding what buyers actually want isn't always straightforward. A better system for visualizing client preferences or understanding when the need was reached, when renovating or building a house, would make the selling process more enjoyable and strategic. ❌ Painting and reaching high areas is awkward – Working on tall walls, ceilings, and other hard-to-reach spots can be unnecessarily difficult and sometimes feels more frustrating than realistic. Overall While there are areas that could be improved, particularly the buyer feedback system, progression depth, and some renovation tools, these issues never stopped me from enjoying the experience. If you like simulation, renovation, or interior design games, House Flipper 2 is an easy recommendation and a game that can keep you entertained for dozens of hours. Best for: Creative players, fans of simulation games, interior design enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a relaxing and satisfying gaming experience.
So, theres alot to love about this game and as a standalone title its great, but if you played the original house flipper something about it will feel a bit.... incomplete? Is it worth 40? IMO if I didnt get it for 25 on sale this review may go into neutral/negative territory. I have completed the campaign and flipped a couple houses at the time of this review. THE GOOD: .The game overall has a much greater sense of polish in just about every single aspect. While HF1 felt a bit more like a solo dev/small team effort this game feels very much 'big studio microsoft' kind of game if that makes sense. Like I feel this would be featured on game pass. .Cleaning is *very* satisfying for the most part, on par with the previous title and even better in some areas like vacuuming and trash collection. Window cleaning also feels very improved. .Painting is a direct upgrade. Sometimes I overpaint but it feels more like my own fault than the games. .Construction overall has improved, however I did prefer the old games demolition system and would have preferring to see it expanded on. .The story in this game is charming. No notes really, I didnt pay much attention to it but it was very cutesy. The phone calls where a bit annoying id have preferred to just disable them, I never was bothered enough to check if you could disable them though. .Lawncare got a huge buff. I love picking up the sticks and weeds outside. Very satisfying and mowing is nice as well. THE BAD: .The campaign feels like it ended at what should have been the 1/3rd waypoint. I completed the last jobs expecting more to open up after. Nope. That was that. Doing jobs was one of my favorite parts of the old game and this game and somehow it felt like this one ended earlier than the previous game. I'm not sure if this is actually the case but its how it felt. .Flipping is kinda boring now. I cant quite place my finger on it, its just... not as satisfying to me anymore. Feels more streamlined but in a dumbed down way I cant really expand on. It just didnt grip me. Also the properties are just less interesting per capita. . NO MORE FURNITURE ASSEMBLY ON THE JOB. THIS SUCKS! They have seperated assembly into its own little game mode, its just tedious. You assemble furniture in your workshop and it gives you a discount on the item. No actual installation on site, tons of steps. Just as annoying as in real life. I liked HF1 because is streamlined it but made it satisfying, none of that here. overall. a good game on its own. but as a sequel to HF1 its kinda dissapointing. I HAVE NOT TRIED ANY DLC'S THIS IS A BASE GAME REVIEW.
Great game with lots of things to do and regular DLC with new content. 10/10!

I just have the base game, but feel it should have more items in the store. Like there's only 1 small lawn mower, there's only 1 suv and 1 van and the van doesn't even fit in the garage doors. It would be nice if there were more furniture options as well. Overall still huge improvement to the first house flipper...
Fantastic game- really good graphics, good game play, lots to do and build.
