Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Hooligan Vasja: Christmas is a "template flip", that is to say, it's a "game" that has been produced by copying a game template or using a game construction kit, and changing a few things. In this case it was a game construction kit/template for doing a simple endless runner/shooter where you climb up a pipe and shoot people in the windows. The "developer" has made 5 copies of this game as far as I can see. This is deplorably low quality bundle trash. No professional effort was made in terms of game development, copying a template/using a game construction kit requires no talent, and unsurprisingly produces products that have little to no value as games, especially when compared to the work of professional developers who create genuine products for gamers. It's almost as bad as an outright asset flip. No matter how many times Trident Game Studio copies + pastes this same game, it's not going to suddenly become a decent game. This is nothing but a lazy, greedy cash grab and should be avoided.

Developed and published by Trident Game Studio, Hooligan Vasja: Christmas transforms its mischievous protagonist into an unlikely holiday hero in a cheerful arcade adventure built around fast reflexes and straightforward gameplay. Instead of causing trouble, Vasja embarks on a festive mission to recover stolen Christmas presents and save the holiday for children. The game's premise is intentionally uncomplicated, embracing the spirit of classic arcade titles where immediate action takes priority over elaborate storytelling. While the narrative serves mainly as a backdrop, its festive setting provides enough charm to make the adventure feel distinct from a standard arcade shooter. The gameplay revolves around throwing snowballs at enemies while skillfully avoiding incoming attacks. Its controls are simple enough for virtually anyone to pick up within minutes, making it an approachable experience for casual players. As the game progresses, however, enemy numbers increase, attacks become more relentless, and positioning becomes increasingly important. Success depends on quick reactions, careful movement, and maintaining awareness of the battlefield rather than relying on complicated mechanics. This escalating difficulty creates a satisfying challenge that rewards practice without overwhelming newcomers during the opening stages. The Christmas theme is consistently reflected throughout the game's presentation. Snow-covered environments, festive decorations, colorful character sprites, and seasonal costumes create a lighthearted atmosphere that complements the gameplay. Rather than aiming for visual realism, the game embraces a retro-inspired pixel art style that fits its arcade roots. The soundtrack reinforces the holiday mood with upbeat music that keeps the experience energetic and cheerful. Although the visuals are relatively simple by modern standards, the cohesive seasonal aesthetic gives the game its own personality and helps maintain an enjoyable festive atmosphere from beginning to end. Despite its charming presentation, Hooligan Vasja: Christmas is ultimately built around a fairly limited gameplay loop. The core mechanics remain entertaining for short sessions, but the lack of substantial gameplay variety means repetition eventually becomes noticeable. New challenges are introduced primarily through tougher enemy encounters rather than new mechanics or significant gameplay innovations. Players looking for deep progression systems, extensive customization, or a lengthy campaign may find the overall experience somewhat modest. However, for fans of traditional arcade games, the straightforward design can also be viewed as one of its strengths, allowing every session to focus entirely on skill and high-score chasing. The game's technical performance is generally reliable, with smooth gameplay that suits its fast-paced action. Its lightweight design allows it to run comfortably on modest hardware, making it accessible to a wide audience. While certain aspects of the interface and overall presentation reflect its age and indie budget, these limitations rarely interfere with the core gameplay. The focus remains firmly on responsive controls and uninterrupted action, which is exactly what an arcade title of this nature requires. Hooligan Vasja: Christmas succeeds by delivering exactly what it sets out to offer: a compact, festive arcade experience centered on quick reflexes and simple but engaging mechanics. It may not introduce groundbreaking ideas or provide extensive long-term content, but its cheerful holiday theme, accessible gameplay, and steadily increasing challenge make it an enjoyable seasonal diversion. Players who appreciate retro-inspired arcade games and short, replayable experiences will likely find it worth revisiting during the holiday season, while those seeking greater depth may view it as a pleasant but brief distraction. Управление ужасное, сама игра была бы неплохой, если бы разработчики её доделали.
