About
The world has ended. Homgard can’t be saved… but someone still needs to do the paperwork.
You move through the broken world by solving logic puzzles, each one revealing a little more of what was lost. Along the way you'll find heroes who hit snooze on destiny, gods who went to get snacks and never came back, and apocalyptic cults arguing over font sizes. Apparently, this is considered normal.
The story is already over.
So why does the world still feel like it’s waiting for you?
Solve puzzles to uncover what remains
Complete nonograms (also called picross) to reveal 25 unique regions and open new paths. It’s a world that’s happy to let you wander at your own pace.
675 handcrafted puzzles, with 6 new mechanics
A large collection of carefully handcrafted puzzles, from small and friendly to large and strange. Classic nonogram logic is expanded with varied grid shapes and coloured cells that play by different rules. Every puzzle is solvable without guessing.
Let the story unfold
Discover hundreds of short written stories that you slowly piece together into a greater mystery: royal conspiracies, ancient secrets beginning to stir, time agents meddling where they shouldn’t… and someone who's clearly here just for the drama. Read as much or as little as you like.
Cosy by default, as challenging as you like
No timers. No stress. Take it slow. Use optional assist features for a relaxed session, or turn them off for a purer logic challenge. Adjust colour palettes and font sizes to suit your eyes.
Book 1 of a larger saga
This is the first book in a four-part series: a complete, self-contained story, with much more waiting beyond the edges.
An in-world radio
Six different stations, each with its own vibe. Calm, strange, occasionally perfect.

香菜发现的宝藏数织变种游戏,玩了很久终于100%探索度了,不过50*40地图是认真的吗?兔眼都快瞎了ww 谁能理解通关后才发现可以用提示的痛苦?! 后续应该还有很多更新,期待一下。
Gameplay is great. Get AI out of games.
So this is awkward because I do really like this game, the puzzles and writing and music and map design are all great and really compelling and I do want to see more in this setting. But there's still what appears to be undeclared AI generated art in the game, and I can't in good conscience recommend it because of that. Maybe it'll be updated in a future patch, or maybe it was mistakenly left in by the devs, or maybe I'm just straight up wrong about it being AI. If it changes, then yeah I'd heartily suggest playing this game! But for now, I sadly can't. (If the devs are reading this and aren't sure what I'm talking about, it's the background images for the memory windows. Most flagrant on the border of Redridge province.)

tl;dr: despite the limited use of AI for the arguably less upfront elements of the game, as a certified hater myself I still think this game is worth looking at. I am very much enjoying this game. The custom mechanics are interesting, and I derive a lot of satisfaction from gradually revealing the world map by completing puzzles. The puzzles are not too hard so far, although some of the bigger ones provide a bit of challenge. I imagine that they are going to get harder. I am enjoying the writing in the game a lot, this apparently being a part of a very long-going project of the author. I think the passion shows, though it does come with a small criticism: early in the game, when the puzzles are all 5x5 for the most part, the writing is a *lot*, having a paragraph on more or less every tile that is unlocked after each introductory puzzle, and I can imagine players to be turned off by this. Not that you have to read everything, but to someone like me who wants to explore all the different facets of a game, I found this testing my patience a little more than I would like. Now, I am someone who is personally deeply against the use of generative AI in creative projects. I think that it is unfortunate to be included, but it does not ruin the experience for me to know that it was used. From what I can tell, the use of AI was limited to the game's UI and music, in its current form. I can look past the UI, but the music does rub me the wrong way particularly, especially given the author does seem to care enough to work the music into worldbuilding. I would be very happy to see the AI content in this game gradually phased out. If you are at all like me, don't let this dissuade you too much from giving the game a try. There is possibly a very good game and piece of writing here if you can look past the shortcuts that were taken during development.
数织变体,好玩上头。 但是不得不说,混合规则时五颜六色的面板简直就是精神污染,需要优化一下视觉,强化一些不影响游戏难度的辅助功能(比如标注)。
This is a great game! Very well thought out. The nonograms are challenging. The new mechanics make it very different from the traditional picross games you normally see. The expanding map gives you a sense of achievement. The story is well thought out. However, I have ADHD so I kind of gave up reading the story after a while cause I just don't have the attention span. But the game doesn't seem to require that you read the entire story, you can just play the games if you're not an avid reader. I've been playing for over 12 hours already and i just bought the game like 2 days ago, and, like i said, the game must be good to keep my attention span. Well done!
Minesweeper on Steroids
Literally a game that makes minesweeper look like DUPLO. Homgard is Meccano level. Using number clues plant your ticks and crosses, but beware Homgard is heavily defended and the ticks and crosses are not lying in a normal field. The map is made of multiple fields, which field you enter first will depend on which type of trap you do best at. Make your way to the finish, slowly, there is no guessing and there are even hints. But don't use them all.
Great Soundtrack
The puzzles are damn hard, so I'm not expecting to finish the game anytime soon. Do let us know how you get along. Maybe I'll update the review, but for now there is not much to say, it's a really mind bendingly hard puzzle game. Note that the backdrop story is AI generated, if that kind of thing matters to you.
It's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ funny, I don't know how else to react besides rolling into a ball and crying loudly. This game has thousands upon thousands of story entries, opening up this expansive universe made by only one person. Insane world building, hundreds of puzzles, HANDCRAFTED mind you, and there's like 3 more expansions coming. 10 YEARS in the making. And the entire soundtrack is made on Udio.... You can go on the the site right now......... It takes 2 minutes to generate an entire song............... Homgard more like Ho my gard what are we doing man
