great game, have bought this on pre oders and still after years i like to play it

This is one of those games that revisionists will tell you is going to age poorly. It's still the same game that released all those years ago. The world is too large for its own good, and hardly any of the non-hogwarts/hogsmeade stuff feel like they belong. And yet, it's one of my most favorite games of all time. Casting spells, discovering the world, creating your own room of requirement, collecting creatures, and exploring the ♥♥♥♥ out of Hogwarts itself all add up to be a wonderful experience. There's quite a few interesting missions in the main quest, too. And the side quests? well, those are mostly just filler stuff. But theres a few of them that are fun, don't get me wrong. If you were the type of kid in school to color code your class folders, I think you'll enjoy this game. Hogwarts Legacy is your hometown in the three weeks leading up to Halloween. It accomplishes vibes like no other. No, it wasn't going to win any awards or make anyone cry like RDR2 or Outer Wilds, and no it's not going to have the replay value that Skyrim or Fallout have, and no it's not going to have the quest depth you might see in The Witcher 3, but what it does have is whimsical and cool. I recommend picking this up on sale and play through it with vibes in mind.

A great game!! Lots to do and many hours to spend learning this story and diving back into the wonderful world of wizardry! Only thing I would say can be improved is replay-ability. WB could add new events that come and go, multiplayer, new story lines/ side quests, areas to go, etc. it would only add to the game and lots of people would find a way to come back and play.

Good story line

Hogwarts is beautiful. Pity, that you don't have motivation to spend much time there. Instead you're running around the map and eradicate everything in your path. The main hero is a true psychopath who murders dozens of wizards, goblins and all sorts of creatures with a smile on a face. You can also learn unforgivable curses, cast them left and right and you still will be held as a paragon of all that is good and just in our world. Which is actually good, because you can use all available spells without restriction. And combat is what kept me in a game till the end.
