For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Hidden Cats in Spooky Village is a cozy and atmospheric entry in the hidden-object genre that leans heavily into charm, visual creativity, and a relaxing sense of discovery. Developed and published by Nukearts Studio, the game invites players into a delightfully eerie village filled with crooked houses, shadowy corners, and an impressive number of cleverly concealed cats. Rather than relying on tension or time pressure, the experience is designed to be unhurried and meditative, encouraging players to slow down, observe carefully, and enjoy the whimsical details scattered throughout each illustrated scene. The core gameplay loop is simple but consistently satisfying. Each area begins rendered in grayscale, immediately establishing a spooky yet playful tone, and gradually fills with color as hidden cats and objects are discovered. This visual transformation acts as a powerful reward system, making every successful find feel meaningful and reinforcing a sense of progress that goes beyond mere checklists. The act of restoring color to the village gives the impression that the player is breathing life back into the environment, turning what initially feels quiet and mysterious into something lively and welcoming. What truly sets Hidden Cats in Spooky Village apart is the sheer density of content packed into its environments. Hundreds of cats are tucked into the scenery, often disguised through clever visual tricks, layered backgrounds, or subtle silhouettes that blend seamlessly with the art. Some are immediately visible once you know where to look, while others require a careful scan of the entire screen, rewarding patience and sharp observation. The inclusion of bonus levels expands the experience further, introducing new locations and layouts that keep the search fresh and prevent the gameplay from becoming monotonous. Although there is no traditional narrative, the game’s world-building is carried almost entirely through its art direction. Each scene feels hand-crafted, filled with spooky yet lighthearted details that invite curiosity rather than fear. From abandoned buildings and moonlit paths to playful environmental gags involving cats interacting with their surroundings, the game maintains a strong sense of personality throughout. The soundtrack and sound effects are understated but effective, supporting the mood without distracting from the visual hunt, and contributing to the overall sense of calm that defines the experience. Accessibility and ease of use are clear priorities in the game’s design. Controls are intuitive, the interface is clean, and helpful features such as subtle hints ensure that players never feel stuck for too long. This makes the game approachable for newcomers to the hidden-object genre while still offering enough challenge to keep seasoned fans engaged. The pacing allows for both short, casual play sessions and longer stretches of focused searching, making it an ideal choice for unwinding without feeling mentally taxed. While players looking for complex puzzles, fast-paced gameplay, or narrative-driven experiences may find the mechanics intentionally limited, that simplicity is very much by design. Hidden Cats in Spooky Village understands its audience and delivers exactly what it promises: a relaxing, visually rich hunt filled with charm and gentle satisfaction. As a result, it stands as a strong example of how thoughtful presentation and carefully tuned mechanics can elevate a straightforward concept into something genuinely enjoyable and memorable, especially for fans of cozy games and hidden-object adventures. Rating: 8/10
Pretty decent and thematic hidden object style game. Just finding things on pictures. Only complaint is that on two of the pictures on which I did not use hints, it marked me as having used hints. Also, the one I did use a hint on, even when I reset it and finished without hints, it still marked me as having used hints. meh.
Didn't get to play this in time for Halloween, so I had some spooky fun in December instead! I'm so happy we got another spooky hidden cats game from Nukearts!!! They're games really are so unique and fun~
I always love the hidden object type games and the fact that it's cats just makes it even better. Very enjoyable and relaxing to play.
engaging.I love the graphics and animations.
ein wunderschönes spiel - grafikdesign fantastisch und die farbenfrohe bilder echt für jeden eine freude anzuschauen - so macht das spielen spaß !
The main level is the one that colors in as you go...finishing it unlocks additional levels which only color when you finish (except the people--when you find them they color in plus give you a hint to use). There are hundreds of cats to find, some very challenging! They meow which is helpful when you're down to the last 3 or so. The music is pleasant and stays in the background, the art is detailed but easy on your eyes and the zoom feature is excellent. I have 3 levels to go, so not done yet, but I am enjoying the journey!
