Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 3 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

However, draft carefully: because without knowing how to scale your team to victory, you'll end up as a snack for the bigger threats which lurk further within the woods...
Beneath the quick pace is a layered roguelite system that rewards planning and adaptability.
Runs take only 10 minutes once mastered
Build powerful scaling combos as your run unfolds
New mechanics unlock over time
Easy to learn, endlessly replayable

Tread carefully, for the forest is fickle... and the fog will always follow. Every tile is a choice.
Prioritize the right tiles for your team's needs while knowing when to improvise
Watch out for the creeping fog which closes in from the edge of the map
Clever decision-making can make (or break!) your run

Deceptively simple rules combine into a game that's both familiar and unique, full of secrets and challenges... do you believe you have what it takes to overcome the enchanted forest?

You control a team of 3 heroes that move 1 tile at a time and fight enemies. The two aspects the player has to manage is the fog and supply. Supply is reduced by 1 each time you move a tile and is essentially your food. If your supply reaches -1, you lose. As you move on the map, the fog follows you. If it reaches the same row your heroes are at, you instantly lose. Also, there is an ability to dig for healing, supplies, and other bonuses at ruins. If you dig for too many rounds, the fog will catch up to you. There are certain synergies like delaying the fog and gaining attack when meeting the character's condition. Player is allowed to choose their starting character, helping the player plan ahead and look for 2 other characters that synergize with that one.
Pros:
- Runs take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Can be played during a lunch break or while waiting for an appointment. - 3 sets of heroes to unlock and try out. As you explore the map with a new character set, you will slowly unlock new characters that can be used in future runs. - Fog mechanic ensures the player can't stall and accumulate too many resources before fighting the boss. - Many ways to customize a run by increasing enemy strength and toggling relics and other mechanics on/off in the game. - Unlocking new color palettes by getting the Steam achievements is a nice way to reward the player. The color options are cool and add visual variety to the game.
Cons:
- Fights are repetitive and you fight the same forest boss many times. Also, unlocking the second new map takes multiple wins with the evil heroes (third set) and I think it could be reduced so players can try the new map earlier. - Sound effects played when attacking and digging could be improved. The effects are basic and don't enhance the overall game play.
Suggestions:
- Give 1 supply for ignoring a hero choice or add a re-roll feature. If you are unlucky, you are wasting a turn visiting a character tile if you are offered a weak hero or one that does not fit your build. - Allow players to mix and match heroes from different sets if player wins at least 5 times with a specific character set. This will allow for more interesting builds. - Add a help menu that explains new mechanics and tiles. When new mechanics are introduced such as relics, this will allow player to reference what the tile does or offers before starting the run. - Add keyboard shortcuts for attack and dig. [b] Conclusion: A good roguelite game that is easy to learn and revolves around hero synergies. There could be changes to unlocking new maps, but overall the game is fun and runs are quick. Adding the color palettes is a great way to motivate players to work towards getting the Steam achievements.
The game is too primitive even for the Steam Deck. It might be a good fit for smartphones, though.
Very fun fast-paced roguelike with a satisfying learning curve to its gameplay, with fast runs that make it either easy to fit in a few playthroughs during shorter play sessions, or easy to fit a ton of runs into a longer play session, which pairs well with its focus on unlockables and completion for those who want it. I very much enjoy the music, sprite work, and presentation of the game as well. The palette system works really well with how the characters and areas look, and it takes me back to the Game Boy Color and how nice the color palette options on it looked for non-Color games. It's a satisfying unlock system. The game kept me hooked long enough to get all Steam achievements, and I'm looking to chip away at the true 100% over time. It's fun to play challenge runs in, I have one-shot the final boss twice, and I did a few solo runs in the demo that I have yet to recreate. For those who played the demo, the game's overall balance is much better since then. There's more ways to round out your attack and max HP stats, and more relic variety to make a winning strategy with more builds, as well as far more characters with entirely new mechanics. Give Heroes Against Time a chance if you want a fun, fast gameplay-focused indie that still has very enjoyable music that fits its fantasy setting, and pretty sprite work for its characters and environments.
this game is an amazing rougelike, choose your adventure game that has no similar competitior. and it's so cheap. support an indie dev and quite possibly you fav game of 2025
This is a fun roguelike. There are a lot of different characters to unlock in three different sets. You build a party of up to 3 of them, and they interact with each other and the environment in many interesting ways, so there are a lot of combos to discover. There are also different 'environments' which have different monsters & terrain effects. The game doesn't have (or need) a tutorial. It's easy to play, but with good depth. If you like games where each game doesn't take much time, but with a strong 'just one more' element, then this is for you.
Very nice game for quick sessions and unlocking stuff over time - do recommend! Don't be confused when your first run ends with a surprise - the game is meant to be played across many (mostly failed in my case lol) runs!
Took a chance on this one and I am glad I did! A very fun rougelite experience! The art style, soundtrack, and replayability hit all the sweet spots! Mostly wanting to write this as a thank you to the developer for a fun and well polished short but sweet adventure! Loved the characters and the overarching story with surprise events. Reccomend it if you enjoy fantasy team and resource management games with satisfying builds that is not too overcomplicated or impossible to scale! Well done :) Goblin Content Review: N/A 🔳 poor 🔳 good 🔳 great 🔳 fantastic 🔳 mindblowing I usually look for goblins in games, sadly this did not have any goblins. A bit disappointing as I can picture a perfect happy little goblin in the evil or 'other' set of characters! Maybe with an ability to randomly double rewards or steal stats from enemies like a proper rascal they can be! But besides that, I can sense the goblin vibes and energy in this fantatastical world and that is almost enough to meet my strict goblin quota! Keep making games please very fun!! Next time maybe we will see a goblin!!
unique, quick, fun and addictive
