Me pasé el primero en Play 4, el 2 en Game Pass, y ahora me compré ambos para Steam. El primero es una joyita en toda su expresión, y este... bueno, se alejó de la propuesta original para adentrarse en las aguas de un juego de acción; supongo que Microsoft quería que el juego llegara a más personas y se perdió un poco de la personalidad que tanto brillaba en la entrega pasada. La historia, la verdad ni la entendí; la dirección de arte, el diseño de personajes y la ambientación son de lo mejorcito que hay. Visualmente tiene una personalidad brutal y para nada se siente como el típico juego genérico hecho en Unreal. Pero, hay un gran pero: sin entrar en muchos detalles, la trama es una reverenda basura (o sea, entretiene, pero de buena no tiene nada). Y las mecánicas de andar mirando al aire buscando símbolos... uff, fueron excesivas. Entiendo que sin ellas se habría sentido como un walking simulator, pero tampoco habría estado tan mal. Hay tramos en la campaña —como la parte de las cuevas— que son realmente buenos, pero los puzles (si es que se les puede llamar así a andar alineando rocas para hacer aparecer un puente) rompen el ritmo por completo. Justo cuando la historia te empieza a enganchar, llega la maldita mecánica de buscar otra piedra con forma de círculo y se cae todo. El combate o te gusta o lo odias, no hay término medio. A mí en lo personal me encantó, no porque tuviera un sistema profundo de combos, enemigos retadores o mecánicas hipercomplejas, sino por lo épicos que lucen y la carga visual que transmiten. Muchos de estos enfrentamientos suceden en la mente de Senua —si es que no todos—, porque para quien aún no haya entendido la narrativa, Senua es una loquilla que sufre de una esquizofrenia cañona donde gran parte de sus 'pato-aventuras' son imaginarias. Estas peleas representan su lucha contra su oscuridad mental, y eso los desarrolladores lo lograron transmitir a la perfección. La carga emocional y visual que transmite el juego en ciertas partes es simplemente brutal; aunque no llegó al nivel de impacto del jefe final del primer juego, se quedó bastante cerca. Sin embargo, tiene apartados muy flojos: los combates, por más espectaculares que se vean, se vuelven repetitivos; los puzles son malísimos, enfadosos y frenan en seco la inmersión; y la mecánica de los 'gigantes' pasó de ser un asombro total la primera vez que te los encuentras a un chiste por la forma en que los derrotas. Eso sí, en cada momento el juego no deja de ser un verdadero espectáculo visual. Si así como cuidaron el apartado técnico hubieran cuidado la narrativa, habría sido una obra de arte; pero se notó que no supieron muy bien qué hacer para esta secuela. Supongo que les dio miedo profundizar de verdad en la oscuridad de escuchar voces que te insultan y quieren que te desuscribas de la vida, cambiándolo por algo menos turbio que al final no terminó de encajar. En resumen: un espectáculo audiovisual imperfecto, frustrante en sus mecánicas pero fascinante en su locura. Este juego es el claro ejemplo de lo que le pasa a una propuesta valiente cuando cae bajo el escrutinio de una gran empresa y las decisiones directivas de complacer a los inversores terminan diluyendo las buenas ideas con tal de asegurar ganancias. Da gusto que, aun con todas sus fallas, haya tenido una buena recepción general. Le doy un 7/10, pero definitivamente es algo que debes jugar por lo menos una vez en tu vida.
Erittäin hyvä peli taas, mutta niinkuin usein käy peliä vertaa aina edelliseen julkaisuun. Itse olen hieman pettynyt taistelu kohtauksiin joista on jäänyt pois tilanteen hallinta, tuntuu että heilutaan miekan kanssa sinne tännen, mikä edellisessä pelissä oli hyvä. No onhan nämä taistelukohtaukset siitä huolimatta hienoja ja teknisesti paremmin toteutettuja, ja huomasin kun näitä hankaa useamman kerran saa myös paremman tuntuman miekkaan ja liikesarjoihin. Tämä peli kuuluu ehdottomasti pelien aateliin ja tietysti myös makun ratkaisee, itse ainakin pidin ja jos jatkoa seuraa niin laitan kyllä rahat likoon.l
