I wish more people knew about this GEM of a game! *edit after a LONG time I have played the demo, and the full game and LOVED it, everything about it was fresh, new! Then came in the later changes, making this game an extremely difficult base-growing game. Doesn't feel like growing a tree with realistic-enough abilities and some outlandish ones, now it feels like a nightmarish monster eventually growing into a mass of stuff. I remember the three difficulty modes were actually different, I was able to beat or play at med and hard, but my brother could only do easy. Once the later updates came out, he was unable to beat easy mode. But nothing comes CLOSE to the original first 4 season soundtracks being DELETED from the game AND youtube. They have been gone for a long while, and without them, the game kinda feels off... The original one I bought it for was gone, instead, it is a completely different game than what it was before. Now you'd think that this would be a negative review, but I don't hate it nor do I recommend that you IMMEDIATELY throw this in the trash. It is a good game, I still come back to it every once in a while. BUT, for me at least, the "new" version doesn't feel the same anymore.

I really like this game. It's not super complicated, but learning how to get a properly huge tree is entertaining and difficult enough to be a puzzle but not so difficult as to be frustrating. The game has received frequent and substantial updates since launch and is definitely worth $10.

I'm enjoying it. the narrator is cool at first, then hyper annoying. Luckily you can silence him. it is a totally different type of game that really has to do with getting the right cards to win. very little skill and ridiculously interesting. Found this looking for a flash game that you grew trees and defended from insects. led me to roll of hex as well.
