Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 11 → 0.5/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
You are new_user, trapped. The only way out is through the machines but nothing works.
Hard Chip is a 3D simulation and puzzle game where you design a real processor from scratch. No abstraction layers. No drag-and-drop logic blocks. You start with the foundation, the transistor and you build up from there.
Wire complementary transistors into NAND and NOR gates. Combine gates into components. Combine components into circuits. By the end, you will have designed a working 8-bit ALU (Arithmetic Logic Unit) by hand, from silicon principles.
Combine your gates into larger, more sophisticated parts. Each assembly is a puzzle, demanding not just intelligence but creativity, planning, and foresight.
Every wire has length. Every gate has delay. Your design is only as fast as its slowest path. Propagation delay is not a stat, it is a consequence you have to engineer around.
The terminals are dead. The machines are silent. Figure out why, one gate at a time.

This is one of the best game I ever played, I love learning and this scratched my itch ! It's rare for a game that's both fun and teach real world concept with a very good learning curve. I definetly recommend
its hard
[strike]I was unable to play the game since the game would freeze when editing chips, so I had to refund. I'd like to play as it seems interesting but I was only able to walk around and use the terminals, anything involving the chip simulation seemed to lock up the game.[/strike] I initially couldn't get the game working and I refunded, then I didn't want to give up since I do really think I'll like this game so I tried the demo...which worked fine...nothing has changed on my end and it works now...so I'm changing my review to positive until I actually get to play some.

I enjoyed chapter 1. I'm looking forward to additional chapters. What I felt was missing: - boundaries to be able to tell where a pasted blueprint begins and where it ends - the ability to paste a blueprint, then locking it as an immutable region - labeling of signals (as well as labeling in general) - it's kind of there, but it sucks
Hard Chip offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the fundamentals – and beyond – of computer science in a hands-on way. Instead of working with abstract programming code, you build circuits directly from individual transistors and wires. It is fascinating to see how, step by step, these simple building blocks are transformed into logic gates and, ultimately, functioning arithmetic units. The game impresses with its logical depth. You quickly learn how important careful planning and the layout of the circuit traces are, as signal propagation times also play a role. A certain basic knowledge of computer science or electronics is definitely an advantage and helps you grasp the concepts more quickly. Nevertheless, the system above all encourages experimentation and optimisation. Whilst the fantastic Turing Complete offers a brilliant introduction at the logic gate level and teaches the basics of computer science, Hard Chip perfectly builds on this principle and makes the physical level of electronics understandable in an equally fascinating way. 10/10
Something is backwards or reversed either in the schematics or the labels. I say this because the 4bit Adder won't pass even though all of my sub-components pass. Tried everything. Can't figure out how to get support on this thing. Don't waste your money until it gets fixed
кривое обучение. как мне создать NOT? !!ДА НЕ КАК!! 3 -4 часа уже ебусь. ♥♥♥♥♥, уже была игра. С остсутвующим обучением. Про прагромирование. и здесь так-же....
