SUMMARY: Anytime I ALMOST have fun with this game, a game breaking glitch happens, or the players stop focusing on objectives to bully the opposing side. Pros: + Unique asymetrical PvE game + It can be fun when things work 100% right + An additional single player campaign to play through Cons: - Glitches so common and bad that you will often struggle to play - AI that doesn't cut it in a game like this - Luck determines the outcome of some matches (Weapon / NPC spawn locations, escape locations, player skill, etc) - Does not have the most consistent framerates (poorly optimized) - Awful animations - Executions that you will see way too often and take too long - A real mechanic of this game is to stare at dead people It was fun for a bit when I was able to look past the matches ruined by glitches or players that would troll instead of trying to win, but I would like to take a break now.

Legit so much fun to play once you understand it, but the tutorials are USELESS. Look up a tutorial and it will change your life I swear. Buggy for sure but getting better.

The only thing I'm having a hard time with when it comes to this game is the Struggle Free mechanic. Once you're grabbed, you're screwed unless you have a ice pick, pocket knife, etc. Maybe it's a skill issue on my part and I'm just not fast enough for the mini game, I don't know. Other than that, the game has been great on the Civilian side. I haven't tried playing Michael yet.

I understand some of the issues players are having with the game, I have some issues myself but the game is definitely overall fun and has great gameplay. The combat can be mid at times and the NPCs can be way too dumb but the atmosphere is a 10/10 and I thing they nailed the feel of Halloween. The game also does suffer from some performance issues since the game is INSANELY unoptimized but a lot of these issues can be fixed (hopefully soon) because the game is good imo and I keep it a 7.5/10 right now. I do also think the game is quite pricy for what it has to offer and I know a lot of people aren't buying the game because of it which is understandable but I have hope that the issues will be resolved and this game will have a bright enough future. I don't like to compare it with dbd but I just need to say that this game is nothing like it, which is why i like it so much, they both offer different things so the only comparison I have for the two is that they are completely different... if you're looking for a similar experience to dbd you probably won't like this as much but if you're looking for a freshing assym, different from DBD give this one a chance. To end this review, yes the game has some serious issue but they can definitely be fixed, other than that, the gameplay experience can be a blast so I def recommend.

The game is great, fun to play, and worth the buy. Although, I have noticed a few bugs when it comes to cross-play, if you accidentally delete your friend it will not allow you to send another friend request. Hopefully this gets sorted out quickly, other than that its a steal.

The game has potential, but right now I feel like the survivors have way too many advantages. Playing Michael Myers just doesn’t feel threatening enough. He feels slow, it’s frustrating trying to keep pressure on survivors, and The Shape ability is honestly pretty bad in its current state. Michael is supposed to be the main threat, but instead it often feels like the survivors are the ones controlling the match. The price is another big problem. For what the game currently offers, I think it’s simply too expensive. At this price, I expect much better balance, more content, and an overall more polished experience. There’s definitely potential here, and I hope future updates improve the balance and make Michael actually feel dangerous. But in its current state, especially for the price, I do not recommend the game for now.
