very good
The game had a rough start, with a lot of bugs, glitches, and other issues. However, the developers have fixed some of the problems and are continuing to work on the new ones as they come up. The game is fun, but after playing for a while, it starts to feel repetitive. I really hope the developers add new ideas and mechanics to break up the repetition. For example, each map could have a different way to escape, or there could be random events and objectives that make every match feel a little different and give players more reasons to keep playing. The Prestige rewards are also disappointing and honestly don’t feel worth the grind. The profile prestige system also feels pointless when other players can’t even see your level or prestige. If the developers focus on these issues and add more gameplay-changing features and variety, I think the game could stay much more enjoyable in the long run. Repetition can get boring quickly, and if it isn’t addressed, it could eventually hurt the game.

I like the game, it's actually fun and I paid attention to the directions of the game. Pros: - Michael Myers is really fun to play as. - Story mode is actually a really good tutorial for Michael. - Actually figuring out how to gain bloodthirst to face players is actually fun. (Which is how people should try doing, before actually heading towards players. Go after the NPCs first.) Cons: - The game runs well on my laptop, which in of itself isn't inherently bad. But on PC I have an RX580 so slightly below the minimum specs. Lowering all settings to its lowest possible setting did not help. And I am assuming that there is a major flaw in optimization. A game should at least be able to hold 30fps on the lowest possible setting, even if the GPU is slightly below the minimum. This is also a problem in my laptop, which has an RTX 5080 and an AMD Ryzen 9, yes I understand laptop's do not have the same power as their pc counterparts. My RTX 5080 should have been enough to run at a stable 60fps regardless of the power differences. Resident Evil 9 runs at a perfect 60 on my laptop and that game has a bigger map than Haddonfield. - The game also has collision issues, I encountered on as Michael and a player got stuck so I grabbed them and helped them get off of it. Which I also think is part of the optimization issues. If the game gets a major optimization update, that would be amazing. Cause the game really needs it. If you have a PC/Laptop that fits in the middle or above the min/max specs. I recommend it, but if you are slightly below the minimum specs from a RX590+ maybe wait until the game gets optimized.
not even a month after it came out and theres already hackers that have the abiility to keep downing michael repeatedley
