Reviews
Gunpoint is a good game. So why is this review negative? I have a policy where I expect at least 1 hour of content per $ spent on a game, and this game only provided me with 6 hours of content for $10. The game has low replayability value, and I will not be returning to it. Disclaimer aside, Gunpoint is a solid stealth puzzler based on maneuvering around guards and manipulating the electronic environment (doors, lights, cameras) to remain hidden or cause chaos. Nothing about it stands out as amazing in 2026, but much like a classic novel, it is clear why it was an indie hit when it came out. The only thing that bugged me about the game itself was that when you tabbed out the graphics became blurry upon return, needing a relaunch to fix.

"8 dead. 29 injured. 20 jobs. $13,000. I've had better weeks. They don't let me name names on this blog, but the person behind the hit I was investigating is probably being picked up by the East Point police about now. I, er, may have killed more people than I actually avenged here. I didn't get the trigger man. When it came down to it, it turned out I didn't care. I don't know. Sometimes I think I picked the wrong side. Maybe that doesn't matter. Maybe all that matters is that I now have the ability to kick down doors. Either way, I need a drink." Really enjoyed this :) Fun mechanics that are easy to learn and fun to play around with to figure out satisfying and challenging puzzles
For me, getting this game was a leap of faith (pun intended). On the one hand, the creativity of the rewiring mechanic shown in the trailer instantly had me sold on getting this game. On the other hand, part of me was worried that rewiring would be so complicated that it would be hard to learn, hard to use, or both. Fortunately, it's quite the opposite. The rewiring mechanic is intuitive, straight-forward, and it compliments the rest of the abilities perfectly. This game is a masterclass in level design. Each level is perfectly crafted to challenge you to be creative and think on your feet. The optional objectives add yet another layer to this, forcing you to be even more creative and find a different way to approach each obstacle. Also, the soundtrack is fantastic and fits the spy theme perfectly. When I'm playing well, I really do feel like James Bond.
A really decent stealth game, where you hack doors, cameras, sensors to steal data from computers and you are basically insepctor gadget. another old time classic, and the soundtrack is quite good. One of the first games from suspicious developments and they nailed it. Which lead them to make other games on the genre like Heat Signature, and Tactical Breach Wizards A bit of a small game, but it has a level editor so its technically infinite. i give this a 10/10.
This game is really charming, and 100% worth the price. It's funny, engaging, and I had a blast the entire game. Despite being a 3 hour game, the story is really captivating and although there is a lot of silly parts, still manages to keep a good mix between funny and serious. Either way, I think I need 10ccs of ketamine and a Columbo marathon.
It is a very well designed game, aside from one unbelievable bug, that is it does not change resolution for itself, but rather for the whole desktop. Haven't seen anything like that for something like 15 years? This kind of bug is something that MUST be fixed, if the developer is to retain any kind of pride over his work! Aside from that missions are quick and fun, level design is very good. Only the plot is perfect until it gets really overcomplicated. You get to the point when anyone could have done it basically... Instead of finding more clues to narrow down your idea and crossing out people who could not do it, which is the way that good detective stories are written, here you got more and more suspects and everyone has a motive, everyone could do it. Maybe the creator got carried away a little bit and did not have the plot thought out thorougly in advance. Thats a shame, as this may well be one of the best games in the genre. As it is, it sits just above average. It is kind of rare when game in default settings forces you into doing the same action (scrolling the view) differently based on "movement" or "socket switching" mode. Also it wants you to use keyboard arrows in movement mode, when you must do asdf... And lets you use mouse in socket switching, which does not allow you to move anyway... uff. It can't remember vsync settings. It says vsync on but screen is tearing. Have you tried to turn it off and on again? B)
Bom jogo, achei bem divertido do início ao fim, acho q deveria ter mais conteúdos novos e dlcs, o jogo é muito gostosinho de jogar
