I love this game but it was nowhere near ready for a 1.0 release. Barely working AI, 2 campaign missions and missing critical tactical shooter mechanics does not a 1.0 make.

8 years in EA for what? Not 1.0 ready

Installed for 1.0, 35min later I uninstalled. 100GB for this unfinished janky mess. Sounds OK but that's it.

Ground Branch has been in early access for 8 years. We don't even have NPC team mates yet.

I've owned this "game" since 2021. It has received like...a few big updates. It still runs like jelly, stutters constantly (I've switched to completely brand new builds 3 times since then), the AI are still completely brain dead terminators, and still randomly yell whatever they are doing, whenever they become aware of you. Could you imagine throwing a grenade at someone and before doing so, yelling grenade (25 feet away, in the same building), simultaneously telling me to go around a corner, and also where the enemy is? The AI walks into walls, their limbs stick through, the maps are boring. The concept of a mission doesn't really exist. This company is doing an even worse version of what VOID Interactive did, because at least Ready Or Not is interesting. This 1.0 is basically them throwing in the tunnel for some last ditch cash, so they can sail away and continue not finishing the game, but while being wealthier! If you asked me to tell you what was new in the game since I bought it, all I could tell you is I think they added NVGs...or tweaked them...or something...4.5 years ago. This "game" is vaporware. It's a tech demo and has become a progressively less impressive one. Operator is a better game than this in just about every way and was made by one guy and it costs half as much. Get bent BlackFoot and MicroPose.

Bought the game in early access way back when. I just redownloaded it for the release of 1.0. What a complete joke of a game. From the abysmal AI enemies, to the garbage gunplay and attachment UI. Go play OPERATOR if you want a game like this.

Absolute DOG water. If You want a game that Ground Branch prommised for OVER A DECADE, play Operator. These guys are clowns. I've waited over A DECADE, and have been served ♥♥♥♥.
