8/10 Great puzzle game about connecting tokens of the same color. Sounds simple and silly, but the levels are really clever, well designed, and many require quite a bit of thinking. Later levels add more complex mechanics, like wrap-around edges, tunnels, traps, keys and locks, and while solving the level may be easy, trying to get all 3 stars in each level complicates things a lot. Most of the time the puzzle isn't how to connect the tokens, but how not to connect them too early, or how to connect them in the right place. The game looks and sounds really nice, and there is a touching story to discover. What is it: Slide-to-connect puzzle game. How hard is it: Easy to Moderate, most levels can be done in 1-2 minutes, the bonus puzzle require 3-5 minutes. Collecting all the stars requires careful planning. Each time a new mechanic is introduced, a few easier puzzles guide you toward a solution, but they are still your to discover, the game doesn't treat you like a moron. How long is it: 150 levels, 2 minutes per level on average, enough to keep you occupied for 3-6 hours. Level design: Good to Excellent. None of the levels feels uninspired, and many of them are really clever. The bonus levels are especially well made. Quality: Great. The game looks really well, with lots of attention to little details, good relaxing music, good interaction, good achievements, a few secrets, a touching story. What's missing is keyboard/controller interaction and a restart button. Worth the price: Definitely, if you like puzzle games and enjoy a good, yet relaxing challenge. Most positive aspect for me: The bonus puzzles. Most negative aspect for me: The animations are a bit too slow; while this adds to the realism of the game, I wish things were a bit more instant. A solid puzzler, with an interesting theme and a rather surprising twist in its seemingly simple storyline. No spoilers from me, but some of the souvenir descriptions in grandpa's drawer of memories made me wonder if this game had earned the "psychological horror" tag yet. Most of the puzzles are on the easy side but some of them are quite tricky and enjoyable. You can use tokens in the game to skip over a puzzle if you want. The puzzle then solves itself in a sequence that is a bit too rapid to follow. Overall, it's really an enjoyable experience for anyone who misses the old days of pocket watches and analog radio dials.
Very relaxing, easy-to-learn / hard to master puzzle-game. + beautiful artwork + good learning-curve for the puzzles, from very easy to hard + relaxing vibes from music and surroundings + has a cup of coffee in game - This is a puzzle-game, if you don't enjoy puzzles, don't buy it (obvious but has to be said).
An adorable puzzle game. A lot of love was put into development of this little gem, and it shows. Some of the puzzles can be really challenging, but rarely frustrating. The charming atmosphere makes me want to come back for more. Luckily, there's 150 puzzles to solve, so I'll be spending much more time here. Highly recommended to all puzzle fans!
I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side. With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay. After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like. Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends. Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together. Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that. Thank you.
Du vrai casse tête, pas simple mais pas infaisable. De quoi passer de bon moments
Levely music. Relaxing puzzles. I'm stuck on level 24.
First Off: I Highly Recommend this Game.
A very interesting Puzzle game, with some very different mechanics & wonderful, relaxing music. A nice change of pace from my usual games. I got this on Sale, but regular price is defitelly a steal.
