Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 20 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
GORE is a found footage horror experience that immerses players in a mountain range designed to resemble the scenery of the Rocky Mountains. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Lovecraft, 2001: A Space Odyssey, and John Carpenter’s The Thing, this game pulls you deep into a decaying wilderness where something incomprehensible is rapidly spreading through the surrounding environment. You must discover where this fleshy entity came from, armed with only a flashlight and handheld camera.
This game is an environmental and psychological horror that will have the player on the edge of their seats. You can expect lots of twists and turns and maybe a couple of jump scares! You will also find a lore-rich and linear story with reliance on high tension and fear of the unknown. The game's story is told through the players' inner dialogue and through notes scattered around each level. Triggering dialogue events and notes via exploration will unlock new areas, allowing the player to progress through the game.
> Handheld/ VHS-like post-processing and realistic movements, creating a nostalgic, yet uncanny experience
> Two fully fleshed out (pun intended) levels which includes mountains, caves, labs, and...?
> An original soundtrack composed by myself
> A LOT of fleshy entities, huge eyeballs, and mutated remains
> Completely custom mountain Ranges and landscapes
> Toggleable flashlight for dark areas
> One insane twist that you don't want to miss out on!

TLDR: A short, horror walking simulator with some creepy vibes. ---Positives--- The Feels; The vibes on this are really good. Even though it's not scary, the game has a way of leaving you feel real uneasy during the whole playthrough. Audio: The music in the background, even though minimal, added so much to the game. The
humming sound
was a perfect choice for the game. Aesthetic: Even though it's not graphically the most beautiful game you will play, the aesthetic was on point. Great choice developer. Story: I did like the story (mostly), see below. It was a new angle, for me, in the gaming world. I was invested in reading the lore during the game. Performance: It was peak with no issues at all. I didn't have one stutter or frame drop for the whole playthrough, which is rare these days. Length: I actually like this game wasn't long. I beat it walking normal speed (and got all achievements) in less than 2 hours. This could be beat a lot faster though. I went slow because I wanted to immerse myself in the game and I'm glad I did. No sprinting is the way to go. ---Negatives--- The ending: Even though this was not a negative to me, I could see it for others. I wouldn't change the end or add to it. The ending ,does though, just
abruptly stop
. This is a personal thing but I didn't like the
backrooms angle
. Again, I'm not a huge
backrooms
fan though. Overall, the developer did right by game with the narrative choice at the end. --_Recap--- All told, I really enjoyed this short game. If you like a creepy vibes and good aesthetic with not much happening, you will enjoy this. It gave me some good asmr feels. Thumbs up for sure.

В игре один единственный скример. Он настолько простой и банальный, что слов нет. И я от него обосрался.
It's a walking simulator with some cosmic horror elements and takes about 45 minutes to complete (with automatic 100% achievments). The ending is debateable and kinda uninspired, but the way to the ending is entertaining enough to not make me regret spending 2 Euros on it. The real horror about GORE is the performance it delivers for its good looking yet kinda simple graphics.
More backrooms slop for the steam dumpster.
Garbage Unfinished Walking simulator. Cheap cardboard game seems interesting made by indie developer. aesthetic like an old vintage movies seen monster eyes with blood, who killed several people through failed experiment. However, It is not feel horror at all for lacking of lore and nonsense skip through the lab, then seen tiny bit backroom, but said what the game ended there without further explanation, wacky menu did no put enough effort appeal through aesthetic, I fully regret played once, even though only show gore and more drivel gore to i thrive fear and buy another developer game called Pool, which I'II pass after playing wildness trash "LoveCraft"
Me encanto el juego y su atmosfera, me hace sentir un poco inquieta como si algo va a pasar, recomendado.
Decided to run through this again. Kinda short but a good game for the price. Not much to it. Reminds me of that movie, The Deadly Spawn.
Amazing game, got it for 95 cents, went way above my expectiations, was geniunly terreified at the end. Holy spelling but its chill.
