Die schwache Technik und ebenso schwache Story sind noch die geringeren Probleme dieses Spiels. Viel schlimmer ist das öde Gameplay. Man nimmt Fleisch vom Hacken, geht in einen Raum, um es zu zerkleinern, geht dann in einen anderen Raum, um Steaks herauszuschneiden, und in noch einen anderen Raum, um Würstchen zu machen, und in noch einen für Hacksteaks oder so. Dann geht man ganz nach hinten, um die Knochen im Müll zu entsorgen oder um die Sicherungen wieder reinzudrücken, die immer wieder rausspringen, und dann ganz nach vorn, um das Fleisch in den Tresen der Metzgerei zu legen. Das mach man einfach immer und immer wieder. Variationen in diesem Ablauf gibt es nicht, zumindest nicht, soweit ich gespielt habe. Mit der Zeit wird man von immer mehr Geistern gejagt und außerdem sind manche Türen blockiert, aber das mach das Spiel nicht aufregender, sondern nur noch nervtötender, weil man dann auch noch weite Umwege zu gehen hat. Zu guter Letzt, und das ist vielleicht das Schlimmste bei einem Horrorspiel: Es ist schlicht nicht gruselig. Niemandem wird bei diesem Spiel ein Schauer über den Rücken laufen, außer vielleicht überzeugten Vegetariern, aber auch denen nicht wegen der Geister, sondern weil sie gezwungen werden, Fleisch zu verarbeiten.

Instructions are for WASD but the game uses directional arrows only. -Game did not fullscreen correctly and left sidebars. The minimap is not visual enough to know where you are going and you just have to kind of learn where things are respective to each other mentally. -The cat and mouse mechanic with the insta-death on touch monsters should be introduced if you try to take two carcasses at once, with the more carcasses at once bringing more monsters or faster monsters. This way people could intuitively try to get a shortcut in progress at more risk but would remain optional for the more casual or grindy minded. -This is a very simple game but because of lack of directions past getting the carcass you end up with an unnecessary learning curve Positives: -Surprisingly atmospheric -Game looks and feels half decent and the layout of the workbenches with each other have a flow to them that works once you are used to them -The idea to process meat and stock the display along with the ambiant music, limited field of vision, and overall vibe of the game worked great

I simple game that looks like it was drawn in MS paint but you can get meat emojis and when its on sale it's less then a soda. Buy it for the emojis. Spam them.

Really recommend this amazing game! It's just so good that I can't even put it to words. ahh.. I just remember seeing that bull skull ghost thing the first time and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I cried tears of joy :') Just hope there will be a sequel to this masterpiece.

Do you think blood and entrails are edgy and cool? If so, you're in the right place! This game reminds me of almost every Newgrounds flash horror game that would show up in the weekly top charts back in 2003. It's spoopy to the young ones perhaps, but kind of meandering and generic for my taste. The art and music is decent, but the perspective gets wonky with how the environmental items are drawn.
