The gameplay is fun. Genuinely. It's the best version of "FIFA but better" mechanics we've seen. Arcade-y, fun passing and shooting. And the graphics remind me of rematch + FIFA Rush. BUT I will not be playing this game anymore for the same reason I don't play ultimate team in any of these games. Because it's not fun to be someone that doesn't spend extra money on these games playing against people who dropped $250+ to have Ronaldinho and a squad of the best players possible. And this is the absolute worst version of that game mode I've ever seen. As a new player, for some reason it exclusively matches you against squads of 89 OVR players. Literally all we're asking for is a game with fun mechanics where you pay for the game once and then earn packs only through gameplay so there's no pay-to-win. And it would be nice to have it match you against players with a similar squad. If you're going to have pay-to-win, fine. But don't put me against the players who have spent their life savings when I haven't spent a dime and am just trying to grind. It's not fun to have a squad of 47 rated players playing against the best squad mathematically possible. I was excited after playing my first 2 or 3 matches and was like "The reviews were just haters! This is so fun!" and then I realized how the ultimate team works and started getting constantly matched against the Ronaldinho people. I played for another few minutes to see if these were fluke matches and it was really going to be skill-based. Nope. Another extreme disappointment. I quickly uninstalled the game. Do not play it. At this point it's amazing how most of the games in every genre are pretty fun and decent, with some bad games but a lot of great ones. And then there's sports games, where we haven't had one acceptable video game since Barack Obama was president of the US. It is statistically improbable that not one game would be good and they would all be pay-to-win slop, but here we are. Whatever man. I guess I'll just play FIFA player career and seasons mode because what else am I supposed to do?

1 Stern? Nicht mal ansatzweise verdient. Goals ist der größte verfickte Scheißdreck, den ich seit Langem gespielt habe. Dieses beschissene Kackspiel fühlt sich an, als hätte jemand seine letzten zwei Gehirnzellen genommen und daraus ein Fußballspiel programmiert. Gameplay komplett für den Arsch, Technik zum Kotzen und Spielspaß irgendwo zwischen Mülltonne und Abflussrohr. Was für eine dreckige, erbärmliche Rotze. Einfach deinstallieren und vergessen.

It's a nice attempt to create some competition for EAFC, but unfortunately it falls short for me. The gameplay and physics feel like they're stuck at FIFA 14 level, and the graphics don't really do it for me either. On top of that, scorelines tend to be way too high — matches often end up more like 14-5 instead of a realistic 2-1 or similar.
