About
Gladio Mori is a physics-driven gladiator fighting game where every hit damages the body where it lands. Injure muscles, sever arteries, pierce vital organs or cut off a limb entirely.
Build your own attacks, paint your fighter or use creations shared by other players. Fight through the solo campaign or enter online arenas for up to four players, with cross-play between Steam, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
There are no health bars. Damage a muscle and the affected limb loses strength. Sever an artery and the fighter starts bleeding out. Pierce a vital organ and the fight can end immediately.
Hands, arms and legs can all be cut off. Lose a hand and anything it was holding goes with it. Lose a leg and the rest of the fight becomes considerably more complicated.
Watch your sword hand. Fighting gets harder when it is lying on the other side of the arena.
Blunt weapons crack bones and stagger. Blades cut along their sharpened edge, so the angle of every strike matters. Armour stops attacks where it covers the body, while every gap remains a target.

Forget health bars—combat in Gladio Mori is as brutal as it is precise. Damage to muscles, arteries, and vitals directly impacts your ability to fight:
Injured Muscles weaken your strikes.
Severed Arteries cause you to bleed out.
Pierced Vitals mean instant death.
Precision and strategy are your greatest weapons.
Create your own attacks one pose at a time. Set the stance, position the limbs, adjust the timing and save the finished move. Chain individual moves into a complete moveset and take it directly into a fight.
Build a precise technique, recreate a favourite move or invent something no trained gladiator would ever attempt.
You can also browse the community gallery, equip a complete moveset made by another player or combine individual moves into your own fighting style.
Paint and draw directly onto your character with the in-game skin editor. Create your own design, take it into the arena and make sure everyone knows exactly who removed their arm.
PC players can also download the character’s skin template and edit it in any image editor. Share the finished skin through mod.io or choose one created by another player.
Choose from 34 weapons, plus your fists if you are willing to count them. Fight with anything from a gladius or spear to a kanabo, halberd or guandao. Add one of three shields, pick up a two-handed weapon or enter the arena unarmed.
Every weapon includes a basic moveset. Use it as it is, change it in the editor or replace it with one created by the community.
Build your protection from 17 equippable armour pieces, ranging from bracers to full plate. Each piece protects the part of the body it physically covers. Everything else is still available to your opponent.
Host or join online fights for up to four players. Cross-play connects players on Steam, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
The solo campaign let you face AI opponents, learn the weapons and get familiar with the damage system before taking your creations online.

Open the in-game mod gallery to browse community-made weapons, armour, arenas, movesets and character skins on PC and console.
The base game includes 34 weapons. Mods bring many more. PC creators can also publish their own work through mod.io for other players to use.
Save any fight as a replay, scrub through the action and move the camera freely.
Show your friends exactly how you sliced them up. Rewind it. Show them again.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Like A mix between Half Sword and TABS but me and my friends really enjoy playing this and making ourselves into characters
Super fun once you get your keybinds set, and even better if you take the time to learn how to animate your own rig. I wish there was a first-person perspective option though

I really like it. If you get a hang for it, you can chain together some clever combos out of relatively simple attacks. Plus its pretty easy to make new movesets of your own, so skill doesnt gatekeep you from the deeper side of combat.
I've played this game for a while, and let me just say that it is one of the best cheaper games I have in my Steam library. The game just fully released in version 1.0 two days ago from writing this review, so in honor of its release, I became the first person to 100% it on Steam, taking a little over 4.7 hours total over the course of two days. Bragging aside, (sorry not sorry!) the game itself is quite enjoyable and has a lot of replayability. When I first bought the game after playing on the demo for about a week or two, I noticed the sheer amount of weaponry available and began to play locally with bots. At the time, the game’s multiplayer lobbies were ridden with people only using the demo version that would immediately ban players who weren’t demo from their lobbies, so I mainly stuck to local play. After trying every single moveset in the game, I went to the equipment section and found much more. Turns out, the movesets were just the animations—the weapons were interchangeable. This created the best kind of chaos I think I’ve ever experienced from a game that I bought for ~$15. That’s not even all you could do with it, though! The lobbies have improved now, and you can find lobbies no matter if you are a demo user or a full-game owner, but another feature I’ve noticed is the ability to play splitscreen through local play, even on PC. Overall, the base game is something I’ve yet to tire of and is something I’ll continue playing even if there aren’t any more achievements to gain. Now, putting my personal feelings aside and looking into the rougher aspects of the game, I have noticed a few flaws. First, online lobbies don’t have amazing optimization. This effect is negated if you are the host of a lobby, but if you aren’t, you could have a rough time. Second, the models are not amazing. You can fix this by looking at the build-in mod support and choosing a model from there or going into settings and turning on high-definition models (this doesn’t affect performance much). Third, NPCs are quite intelligent—mostly. While trying to 100% the game, I realized that NPCs could see what you are doing before it hits them, making them quite difficult without the proper gear/battle intelligence. I enjoy a challenge, but I ended up hating the Campaign mode on hard difficulty. Fourth, and not technically a problem, the game is entirely DIRECTIONAL COMBAT. If this doesn’t interest you, try the demo first. Direction combat has never been my favorite, and I know many people don’t like it either, so keep that in mind before buying. Finally, the controls start out a bit janky, but they’re quite easy to re-pair in settings. Believe me, you WILL want to repair them. With that, I think that’s about it! Thank you for taking the time to read this review, and please note that most of the negative reviews are outdated.
