Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 24 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I'm a simple man. I come from WoW in 2004 and Morrowind. This game is like the two had a baby. It has one of the best open-class build systems I've experienced. The abilities are diverse and fun. Want to play an "earthbending" archer? ✅ Wanna fly while controlling tornadoes and wear heavy armor? ✅ A General on horseback ordering an army of walking plants and mercenaries? ✅ Yeah the graphics are simplistic, but even that started growing on me. The voice acting is really quite good. The story has campy and interesting beats. The world is already very sizeable and rewards exploration, even in EA. This is all developed by ONE MAN and makes me wonder how Elder Scrolls 6 has any business taking 14 years. Support this true dev, this indie dev. the game is cheap and amazing. Give it 5 hours. Youll see.
The game is very impressive for being made by a solo developer and I didn't expect that much from it to be honest. I just wanted to play some open world rpg with satisfying character customization and skill trees, but I have to say: "Wow". How positively surprised I am that Gedonia 2 is a lot more than that. It reminds me of Skyrim, Oblivion and Fallout, which actually tells a lot about how good the game is, despite of being made (as it seems) by one person with a much lower budget than Bethesda. I bought Gedonia 2 for normal price and i don't regret it. It's definitely worth supporting. And here is why: * Quests are intriguing * The world is alive, mysterious and detailed * Music is beauitiful and immersive * There are a lot of meaningful skills and classes to choose from * Enemies and character leveling is well-balanced, not as frustrating as in Oblivion or Fallout * Arena and Eternal Dungeon worlds are a nice add-on which gives a lot of replayability * Voice-acting is really good (At least for me) * Crafting makes sense and is fun. I love the idea that the more you craft, the more and better recipes you invent. Also house-building is a cool feature. * Art design is eye pleasing. I can't stop looking at my own character wearing her new fancy armor that I recently have crafted xD To summarize it. I highly recommend this game.

I really want to give this a good review because you can tell this game was made from people whom really care about the game. But it's very buggy online, especially the shapeshifting tree, you cannot use it in multiplayer because if you shapeshift and return back to normal, on your friends screen you will still be transformed and if you keep transforming, these transformations keep overlapping each other and you will start looking like a rag doll monster and you FPS and your friends FPS will tank and go from 90 right down to 25. Developer also seem to be very quite... for an indie game that's a bit of a killer, communication is a big part of building the community for these sort of games. At least some awareness about these bugs and wanting to fix them would go a long way. I will change my review if this gets adressed
This game definitely passes the 1:1 rule (1 hour of fun per dollar spent). You can see the inspiration from the Elder Scrolls series and World of Warcraft. If you're looking for a game with FUN gameplay and are not too picky on the clunkyness then this is for you. The world is pretty generic but there is plenty of stuff everywhere. Mobs, gathering nodes, etc., there are caves with no related quests, just there for you to explore and loot. Some faction events for bonus rewards, but otherwise the world doesn't feel very much alive. Definitely more enriched than games like Breath of the Wild however. The character customization is extensive and its strongest aspect. You can reroll abilites freely and masteries themselves with a relatively expensive consummable. Theorycrafting usually works when you start to tinker. Synergies feel cathartic and any build you want can become online as early as level 5. The quests are goofy and somewhat hit or miss. Don't play this game for the lore, but the gameplay and character progression. The RPG aspect is surprisingly well done; there are many approaches to any obstacle or quest depending on character build. I have yet to see a side quest with only one outcome. You can literally fleece the very first NPC you talk to. The crafting is kinda weak. It's okay early game, but the amount of materials you need to progress professions means you'll spend a lot of time grinding (and leveling) and you will always be higher level than the gear you can craft. Balance is its weakest point. There are builds that are absolutely OP and trivialize the game even on its hardest difficulty. This ties up with how fun the gameplay is; can't have a tornado whirlwind perma stun build being both fun and balanced. That being said, some things can and should be balanced. There is no reason for a 9 second stun to exist, or an instant 70% self heal that costs no mana on a 20s cooldown. For some reason companions can equip any gear regardless of requirement. Gold permitting, you can beeline to the free city and line up your companions with lvl 13 gear at lvl 5. Anyway, this game is worth every penny as is, and if it does get out of early access, will give you plenty of fun for a while.
You know what they say about good writers? A good writer isn’t someone who churns out masterpieces time and time again, but someone who loves their work and TRYs to do it well. Great creative geniuses very often leave their projects unfinished, abandoned because they didn’t even have the strength to start, let alone finish their great masterpieces. So here’s the thing—Oleg, who is developing a game practically on his own, is a GOOD developer. Because he enjoys his work. The guy just wants to give us the joy of playing a game in the spirit of World of Warcraft, free from Blizzard’s soulless, exploitative, and manipulative modern policies and their glorified, overpriced live service. We have to give him credit for that. He could have gone and continued milking people by participating in dubious WoW bootleg projects. But he decided to try to create something independent and vibrant. I don’t know how his project is any worse than Atlyss, which is made by the furry community—by the way, that’s also a good project and also tries to capture the spirit of WoW. I realize that my review turned out to be more emotional than informative. But other commenters have already laid out the pros and cons of the project at this stage of development: - the world feels a bit empty, - the quests are clunky, - the combat is enjoyable, - the atmosphere of travel is preserved, - there’s co-op with good netcode (and that’s the main thing) As I wrote above, this is a good project from a good developer whose heart (and hands) are in the right place. To finish the comparison with writers, the game is comparable to a decent Stephen King book. I strongly urge all tired WOW fans to support this project, simply on principle.
This game is hilarious. Somehow this is the Devs 2nd try at making a game and it still has all the problems of the first. Riddled with spelling errors, what feels like AI voices (veggie-tables? Really?) janky movement, Screen-tearing, (with a random warning label on the setting page. No reasoning, just "WARNING") broken combat, abnormally slow fall speed, and broken quests, I just don't know why this is allowed on the market. It is a joke and I am laughing. People are too generous with their compliments and criticism needs to be given where it is due. I am tired of Devs living in their soft era and everyone getting participation awards. This isn't even ready to be called alpha.
Really loved the first and really like the 2nd. I've been saying for awhile if only there were more developers who didn't care so much about grachics and focused on gameplay and features. This is it right here.
Give it another 2 years
man once this game opens up to workshop this will be the perfect model to recreate any MuD or just create and manage your own mmo. a few bugs to work out but overall its just funner hell and really makes me think alot about the old MuDs I used to play like BlackMuD and ArcticMud. Anyway great game and fun solo so probably great fun with friends. Its off to a solid start so lookin forward to seein whats to come.
