Gargoyles Remastered

I didn't watch the show growing up. I am not someone who knows anything about the lore. Never played the original game. I picked it up on sale and I will say if you enjoy sega genesis disney games its good. Get it. I played the original and the remake now and I enjoyed both. For 5 to 10 bucks its a fun afternoon playthrough. Worth it. Hope they remake aladdin for snes and genesis like this.

Really cool oldschool arcade game. Love both the old pixel-arts & the new cartoon graphix.

I love the Gargoyles universe and this game really brings me back to when I was a kid in the 90s watching the show. The game is much harder than I would have though, but I love it all the same. Switching back to the old art style makes me amazed that we could see anything at all, but I love this game and can't wait to finish it!

Never knew there was game, and I wish I never did. The controls are outright broken and borderline non functional. Re binding them does not correctly input the right key. Example, I was rebinding them to your traditional "WASD" settings and it refuses to bind D with left. The order of bindings is completely random after Up binding. So after being forced to use original controls, they still don't work. I had to check the options to make sure again and again I was hitting the jump key, which I was. Sometimes it makes you jump, sometimes it makes you roll or slash. The controls simply don't work and there is not even correct options to rebind them to get them to work! The gameplay is the beat 'em up arcade style of the time, but the controls made me abandon this after only 30 minutes. Original graphics are better than the remastered, much darker in tone. The remastered is nice far more fitting of the show. Music is supposedly remastered but it sounds far better in original mode. I'm sure it's an okay game, but the controls are awful and the fact you can not rebind them and they turn random as you play makes this unplayable. Don't buy at all.

Hay algunas cuestiones sobre el control y su practicidad que se jugaban mucho mejor en la vieja Sega que en esta versión. De todos modos es una gran opción para los que ya no contamos con esa consola y la posibilidad de elegir entre los gráficos retro (que igual no se ven a como se veía en 16 bits) y una versión más moderna y parecida a la animada me parece genial. Sé que es un jueguito difícil pero espero que no me resulte imposible de compeltar.

É o retorno de um clássico do SNES, essa remasterização ficou muito linda, recomendo para quem gosta de uma boa nostalgia!!
