Not what advertised Game of lies. I hate when I play games and they’re not what is advertised.

Terrible Bug and Not Compensated When I downloaded the game, I was forced to start in an event and could never go to the main garden until I completed 700+ levels. When I got to the garden I was given 0 stars from those levels but had to start renovating the garden from an extremely high level. Playrix would not give me the stars I earned. I know this is not how the game works because I used to play years ago. I later learned they forced me into a testing group to try to test how much I’ll buy to get to the main game. Never download anything from Playrix, I have permanently deleted.

Потратила деньги - не получила продукт - не получила помощь Неделю назад решила купить внутриигровую валюту за 10$. Покупка прошла успешна, но как только я перезашла в игру - все пропало. Хотя внутри игры я не тратила все эти валюты. Деньги назад не вернулись. Написала в поддержку, где описала ситуацию, бот отписал, что подключает к специалисту. Прошла неделя, специалист не подключился. То есть я потратила деньги просто так. Мой совет - не донатьте, это небезопасно.

A disgusting game This game is absolutely!You can’t even clean 10 levels in a row without paying.The nauseating operators just want to make money!I’ve been stuck on the same level for the all week and can never manage to beat 10 levels consecutively.

Unplayable after the last update After the latest update the game is completely unplayable they removed the Rainbow ball from the Dynamite pack and now you only get 1 Bomb instead of 2 on top of that they deleted all the rewards from the Exploar stage . Why all these changes It,s obvious to forces us to pay

Totally rigged game Little by little, Playrix has taken control away from players, ensuring that they drain you of whatever resources (boosters, tools, etc.) you have accrued. A perfect example is the now-defunct “hand” tool, which allowed players to move one piece on the board. It was an invaluable way of getting past a hard level. They replaced it with “shuffle,” which allows THEM to re-sort the board however they want. And believe me, the sorting is not random! If you have even a basic background in math/statistics, it will become painfully obvious to you how NON-random everything is in this game. From the daily lucky spin wheel to the placement of rainbow blasts on a board, everything is driven by an algorithm that Playrix controls. The game is not fun anymore. Rigged games are not fun.

Fake ads I’m getting tired of the ads showing completely different gameplay from what the game actually is- I don’t care if every 50 levels there’s one that matches the ad. There’s not even a disclaimer about it or anything. I redownloaded the game to see if the game had changed and it didn’t. Don’t bother unless you only wanna do the match three game.

Cheaters & hackers!!! I’ve reported cheaters and hackers to support who have clearly manipulated the game, yet nothing has been done about it. I will gladly remove this rating if someone from support EVER responds to me. My team has spent countless dollars on in-app purchases, but it’s simply not worth continuing to spend money when people can hack or manipulate the game and support does nothing about it. Players deserve a fair and enjoyable experience, and support needs to take these reports seriously. Seriously, how can a team have one 1 millions points on the first day of team competition, when all of the other team have 1 thousand.

Ruined the game with updates They completely ruined the game with the latest update making the power ups useless. I haven’t played since the update. Hopefully they change things back soon…..

No longer fun. Used to love They took a lot of the perks away. Game makes sure you lose faster, so you keep spending real money if you don’t want to keep playing and advancing. They removed the wheel from the Dynamite, so now that;s almost useless. Start over on another appleID, or find another game. Too bad, but that is greed to feed the machine, We are being scammed!
