Game Frozen My game has been locked for a week now, since the Stellar race where I won 3rd place. I can’t get into settings to get help support. I have deleted the game and reinstalled and turned my phone on and off. Please help! I have the red spinner and was on free bombs, will I loose all of that? Once the bug is fixed I will change the rating. Thanks

Unfair 3 match level The game have level unfair, and make the possible to lost progress. The game is not fair if the cellphone failed while game the match. Very frustrating and sad.

Lost a dedicated person I have literally never left a review on an app before. I’ve been playing this game for almost a decade and I love it but the recent changes have absolutely ruined the game for me. I accepted the change to the garden pass price, even when 1000 coins went up by a $1. But taking away all of our boosters and rewards is outrageous and such a bad move. I’m happy to see other people upset by this change. I hope you actually listen to your users and realized you should switch back. It’s okay to own up that this was a mistake.

Terrible after changes!!! I can’t believe how ridiculous this game is anymore! They downgraded the power ups and now want you to make a purchase on day 3 of the Frog Trail Event. The game was starting to become frustrating before the power up change, but now it seems like it will be impossible to win levels and having to make purchases for an event is just greedy and absurd!!! I used to love this game, but now I’m very disappointed in this app!!!!

Side quest I have almost 500 in energy and cannot use them. I click on the next task and it does nothing

Used to be fun Despite being nothing like the game portrayed in the ads, it used to be a very enjoyable game. Unfortunately, the recent updates made it feel like a cash grab, with even the regular levels becoming impassable without extra power boosts. Now it feels like a scam.

Not as Advertised I want to play the game demoed not keep doing a bunch of match 3s. Boring. Misleading.

Good game gone bad Unfortunately the game has become a money pit. The longer you play the game, you begin to see how commercialized it has become. There now seems to be constant glitches which I was told would be corrected in their next update. It was not. Their support must be so swamped that they are not responding as of late. While I have enjoyed the game for many years, it barely resembles the game it was. I am very disappointed in what it has become and feel it is time to move on.

Support Deos not listen to players The graphics are fantastic. Themes are interesting and challenging which makes it fun. When you have a problem with a team challenge though that’s where problems begin. Support does not listen. I have been reporting an issue with the team bowling not scoring any wins for the entire team for the last month. Support does not do anything about it but keep pushing it out and no one can receive any winnings. It then turns the game to a frustrations level to quit.
