For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is an interesting game, that can take a long time and demands cool, calm nerves and a lot of decisions. It is definitely more challenging than I had envisioned. In this version they have made the interface better and more intuitive, they have also made it possible do delegate a lot of the tasks to the computer. But, you still have to check the choices the AI makes from time to time, and if you have a ton of planets, and Starbases it will take time, and every time you have want to choose the next planet in the list you have to stroll down again. My biggest critique, however, is that if you are on a very beg map and you choose “next ship or planet” in the to do list – then you won’t find it when you zoom in – so often I feel a little lost in the map. All these things can be managed – and I really enjoy the game.
The developers responded to my issue within 24 hours and fixed it! I have been a fan of this series for decades now and unlike other civilization games it just keeps getting better. Old post: I bought the supernova edition but now I can't get the expansion pass....
Enjoyed the series and IV continues with the improvements. As a casual gamer, can customize the games to your liking and take your time playing it. The DLC's add new variety. If you enjoy these 4x4 types of games, then will probably enjoy this one too.
Great imagination coming from the developers. I am admiring every aspect of the game. I highly recommend this series of Galactic Civilizations, especially the forth and the third game.
fun times
An easy space 4X game. Everything is simplified down and streamlined, nice in game advice/tutorial to get you started and I found I worked out most stuff on my own. EDIT: After about 60 hours it starts to get old. It takes forever to get across the map, and in wars the enemy spams you with lots of little vessels taking up all your moves playing whack a mole. The AI governors have no preference you can set so will build whatever they want not what you want your empire to be. Still buy this on sale, but it has a short playability life
Great game. Looking forward to more improvements.
