Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game is quite fun and I am very much enjoying bringing Waterford all the way from div 4. The bugs however are a major issue. On free kicks sometimes you have no control at all and can’t do anything or they kick the completely wrong direction. Substitutions are broken as well as if you accidentally sub a player back on that’s already been taken off (which the game does not tell you) the entire system breaks causing a restart. Penalties do not work full stop. Brought Kerry to penalties in the quarter final to just see no players or ball on the pitch whatsoever. Overall this could be a fun experience but a patch is needed asap to keep me playing and especially at the €35 price point I am more disappointed than enjoying the game at this point.
The controls are a joke, More chance of Mayyo winning another senior All Ireland football title than there is of my buying this again. Thanks for the refund.

I've been following this for years so nice to finally see it come out. Only played a few quick matches but the general feel is there. I will say I do recommend this, albeit the price is a bit steep for what you're currently getting. However, this game is crying out for some form of bug report / feedback feature system, I'll just list some things I've noticed so far: - The controls are mostly fluid and responsive in normal gameplay but the set pieces need some more visual feedback (or a tutorial for each). I get there's a wind element but even a toggleable guide line would be great to get an idea of how that interacts with everything. Every throw in I do usually ends up with both lads failing to catch it so I'm clearly doing something wrong there too. - The commentator's lines can overlap and be contradictory (e.g., you get a "great tackle" line upon conceding a free) so the pools for each scenario need to be reexamined. There's also a line for a score then a line for the replay but a lot are the same. You should have a buffer or something for the voicelines that only allows the next to play once the previous has finished and probably some internal delay to prevent constant commentators' curse. - Very noticable frame drops on kickouts, I think because of all the supporter models being loaded. Maybe we can have an option for them to be sprites instead? That might be a thing already tho I haven't looked too much into the settings. - We should have the solo and go option when our opponent overcarries. There's also no option to switch back when you choose to take a free from the ground. - The goalkeepers are all over the shop. I've had a few 2 point attempts drop short into the net (which, if intentional, is great honestly) but some half attempts also end up in the net way more often that they should. I've also experienced glitches like the goalkeepers of both teams getting teleported to one end for as kickout. - I appreciate you guys went to the effort of mo-capping animations but short/quick passes from sidelines and kickouts need to be faster (even just the same animation sped up). Especially in a sport like football, the number of restarts really starts to get grating if each one takes a full wind up animation. - Things I would like but aren't glitch related: -- An import/export feature for custom teams. I don't really want to have to create my whole local club from scratch if someone's done the hard work already. Would make it possible to do "proper" matchups too which would be great for social media attention! -- A "swarm" command when defending. If you slow the ball carrier down you should be able to call your teammates to swarm and force an error. -- A "1-2"/"1-2-3" play where you can quickly pass between a few guys (something like direction + hold handpass sends it pass the parcel style in that direction until it runs out of players or you let go), maybe with an additional command for an overlap along the arc too. Again, a bit pricey but I'm happy personally to spend a bit to support the devs. I'm only critical of it here because I want the game to be as good as possible. If you're someone who used to have a cup of tea and a banana at half time, this is well worth your time. Probably should've started off in EA but by modern game standards, it's certainly playable
The achievement for wiinning with Mayo makes it all worth it
Been following this game since early development. I was really excited to get a GAA-based game and hoped that if this did well, the development team would expand to a hurling game also. The music in this game is brilliant, and the graphics don't bother me as much as they do other people. However, the main issue I have is with the actual gameplay and controls. The AI is either too easy or too difficult. I played matches on the lower difficulty where the computer only got one shot on goal and sent it wide, whereas on the higher difficulties, the AI blocks every shot and dispossesses you almost instantly. Maybe this is a skill issue, but after playing 4 or 5 games, I still could not figure out how to tackle properly, it seemed so hit or miss. Sometimes on free takes, you cannot control where you are shooting, and the free-taker points in the wrong direction or sends it completely wide. There should be a tutorial on the first boot of the game to teach you the mechanics. This is such a new experience for most people that trying to figure out the controls during matches doesn't make for fun gameplay. I would love to see this game take off, but I think it should have released in Early Access with a lower price point. The developers need to take feedback from players and continue working on the game. It may take a few more years of development to truly improve the gameplay.
I really wanted this to be good. But its simply too buggy for a positive review. Some of the bugs i can overlook like the weird shadows and goalkeepers spawning in the wrong goals after substitutions but ive ran into another one where sometimes if the ball goes out of play for a line ball or 45 no one takes it afterwards. Like nothing happens and the players just run around in circles forever and you either have to restart or forfeit the match. Ive played ten games and this has happened 3 times can be extremely frustrating when you have the game set to 15 minute halves and youre 25 mins into a match.
I don't recommend the game in its current state. There are numerous bugs. These range from problems starting the game (it literally crashed to the desktop about three times before I could play anything). In training, free kicks are impossible; the player shoots automatically, and this sometimes happens in matches as well. The matches are quite chaotic, and you often have no control over where the goalkeeper takes the goal kick, where the ball goes, or where the player runs. I don't really mind graphic bugs, like the flags becoming gigantic at the begining of the match, but there's a lot of work to do and I hope it's done, that's why I'm not refunding the game It's a shame, and I really hope they fix it because I was really looking forward to playing this game and creating my team, and maybe another ones from the Galician Gaelic Football League, and seeing us compete head-to-head against the best teams.
GFL has been a breath of fresh air compared to the usual games I play, like FIFA. I was lucky enough to be a playtester, and the game has come on leaps and bounds since then. Massive credit to Buck Eject Games for the work they've put in. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds! ⭐️
A great first effort and the fulfillment of a dream for new Gaelic Games. Rough around the edges but the vision is there. Needs some patches to smooth things out but I'm excited to see where this goes. Worth the purchase at $35 if you're into the GAA or you ever want to see Mayo win Sam.
I'd love to support the devs in this but this needs to be an early access game. Compared to what was shown off in videos and the steam store page, this is not the game being advertised. It's so incredibly janky that you can't say this is a finished product. Maybe more money should have been spent developing rather than taking videos of Aidan Forker.
So After following this game, bought it day of release haven't had much time to play but honestly for a small indie dev's first game. Fair play honestly You have got Antrim down to a T as their terrible but got to play as my home county. Considering the price of games these days I say the price is Fair, its unfortunate couldn't get the GAA to back the game would have been great to seen Croke in it ( would have also been funny to play in Casement park considering the state of it) Still a bit buggy which happens. For instance my GK kept running back and forth in the opponents net when they where taking goal kicks no idea why though. Skill issue on my part but 3 times my goalie did an Own goal although very funny it happened. The difficulty levels are brutal so be warned. Otherwise I hope to see a lot of updates on the game as I am fairly enjoying it and glad to see a small team taking on the challenge of bringing the GAA to gaming again (Still hoping for a hurley game)
