G-Ball is a new sports game set in orbit of Mars in the not-so-distant future. Astronaut athletes challenge you in a mash-up of basketball, football, and dodgeball as you soar through a zero gravity arena in 3 on 3 team matches.

This is a 3D multiplayer online only sports/arena/moba style game which a very dry astronaut/family friendly/space dodgeball theme. There might be some hope in the premise, after all, Rocket League has been insanely successful doing soccer with cars. The difference is that Rocket League has a brilliant execution on the premise. The graphics in G-Ball are pretty bad, and woefully, painfully optimised. Stutter and jank your way around empty arenas and pay money for the privilege? No thanks. Failing that very important aspect of the game means nobody is playing it, and it's multiplayer only, so this is effectively dead, and I can't recommend it.

I dont know why I bought this....
Elves in spandex suits running in a glass ball in space... formerly developed as a multiplayer game with no community... it should play as a basketball like game without gravity... it just doesnt play at all
Controls are difficult but not impossible, but anyway, there are no players. They didn't had many ideas when they made this game. It's only this thing. And even the trailer is laggy.
Bad controls of movement and camera are enough to cause nausea. Character moves like a giraffe in zero-g which isn't exactly sporty. Then there are bunch of nonsensical rules which seem to be to make sports fans feel at home or something.. My suggestion: remove all distracting floating things, don't try to make it like "quidditch in space". Seems like original idea was about zero-g basketball so make it that: just two goals, a ball and two teams. That's it. Now it is just a waste of time as a game, as an experiment and as a simulation since it is entirely hypothetical in nature. If people are going to be playing games in space for excercise it should be kept simple.
Tags: Multiplayer Based Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Some kind of sci fi gravity dodgeball. No community. I could run and clip through scenery objects. Invisible walls. The official nasa logo looks dubious. Cool music and the engine could had been okay if the game was coded right I guess. Removed for declutter
incredible game! i love the responsiveness and the fact that you are unable to change your controls! the 19 minutes i have in this game have been the best 24 minutes of my entire life! and ive had some pretty good moments in my life. this game truly exceeded all of my expectations. in the future, i would like to see a second edition of the game with maybe worse graphics and worse emotes. 10/10 would recommend. buy it for your friends, uncles, grandmothers, and babysitters!! its the gift that keeps on giving!
RIP best game ever
