Prices

Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.

About
Frostpunk 2 elevates the city-survival genre to a new level. Take the role of a Steward and lead your city through a cascade of calamities taking place in a postapocalyptic, snowy setting. Build large city districts with their string of endless needs and demands. Navigate through conflicting interests of factions that populate your metropolis. As the needs of the city grow and factional power at its core rises, only you can steer the society towards an uncertain future.

The world is overtaken by an ever present winter, which makes expansion of the city the only way for the survival of mankind. In order to grow, the metropolis needs resources like coal and oil, just like its citizens require food and warmth. In Frostpunk 2, it's your job to tackle this never ending circle of supply and demand.

The number of your citizens steadily grows, making the task of governing them and satisfying their demands all the more challenging. As the Steward you will have to maneuver carefully across the interests of many groups inhabiting the city.

People of your city want to have a voice in how you run things. Each faction has its own ideology and ideas for the future, yet they also have one thing in common - insatiable thirst for power. Choose your allies in the Council Hall wisely.

Make tough life-and-death decisions as you allocate heat across your city, supported by new research topics and heat-oriented laws. Choose districts that need the most warmth with the help of the Heat Management system with a detailed temperature overlay.

The story of Frostpunk 2 introduces a multi-chapter saga set in the frozen wastes. Spanning across the life of the Steward this campaign lets you feel the burden of leadership as you take the responsibility for thousands of lives. At the same time, the sandbox mode called Utopia Builder with infinite play time leaves you room for boundless social and infrastructural experiments.

Frostpunk 2 comes with a comprehensive and versatile modding tool. FrostKit will let you create your own maps, models, and scenarios inside the game. Now, only your imagination can limit the destination your city is heading to!

Played on a different platform before. I need to say, this game is exactly what I wanted it to be. Nothing like Frostpnuk 1 and as exactly unique as it needs to be. While playing, you find yourself juggling through problems like making sure everyone is fed and heated while a faction like Faithkeepers are breathing down your neck to pass a law about children's education and now you're trying to convince the New Londoners ( yes! the people from the first game!) to vote in favor of the law by promising to heat them in the next ten weeks; wait, we were out of fuel already. You need to open a new oil pump. wait, you don't have enough workforce for it. you got 400, you need 600. Didn't you have 700? no, apparently 300 of them died this week from the cold. maybe brining in 2000 more people from outside could help? even if 500 died from the cold too, you'd have 1500 more than you used to. You can manage to make houses for them too probably, right? Well, time for a vote in the council. The new law passed after your promises. Wait, apparently you passed a different law for the children's education in the past. You don't even remember. Now another different radical faction, evolvers, are mad at you. You need to do something before they riot. The oil isn't enough. everyone is going to starve. Riots already started in the street; not for the oil running out, but for the old law to come back again. It's up to you to figure out the resources, not the people. The scenario given above is an average scenario, not really a doomsday scenario even, in this game. The game makes you mad at these factions for asking for things like children's education or even more minute laws like, say, where the surplus heat is allocated to or work performance bonuses. You are here trying to make sure they are all fed and housed while they worry about these things. Things used to be simpler when you were the old captain in the first game. Everybody just tried to survive. Now it seems like everybody has gone crazy. Nobody listens to you. What do you mean they are voting me out because I didn't pass the law they wanted me to? I didn't even have time to pass it! the next voting was in 7 weeks! what did they want me to do? The game makes you infuriated at the people. You never can make EVERYONE happy, no matter how comfortable you make them. Sure, if you are good enough the people may trust you, but that doesn't mean all groups of people will be happy with you. This game is a great sequel to Frostpunk 1 in the sense that the scenarios you deal with really show what happens when the population grows. I think I need to mention again; the first game went up to a few hundred people max. In here, you think of the civilians just as numbers. you don't see that 10 people die and be upset, you see that 300 died and get mad at the New Londoners for not shutting up about it. It really mentally put you in the shoes of being a leader in a harsh environment for a large group of people. This is seen as a flaw by some people that view this game negatively. I think it is the aim of the game and I also think that it is it's greatest strength. Frostpunk 2, although not as essential of a video game experience as Frostpunk 1, is a great sequel that does everything it needs to close to perfect. EDIT: I can't help but not mention any negatives here. Specifically one big negative. The new engine. Unreal Engine 5 keeps on being a plague on the industry. This game makes my computer (specs available for the review) choke more than it should. I also have encountered some very small problems, but no game breaking bugs. Especially compared to the day 1 experience.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Подписал крутой закон "Обязательное размножение". Правда, я так и не понял, почему именно я должен платить населению раз в неделю, а не наоборот
