Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I don’t really understand the overwhelmingly positive reception. There is barely any detective gameplay here; it is mostly a sequence of simple fetch quests wrapped in deliberately quirky dialogue. The second game was worse for me than the first. The notebook makes objectives easier to track, but every new entry forces you to sit through a slow, unskippable animation, which makes an already slow game even slower. Getting all achievements also requires repeating parts of the game, despite there being very little actual gameplay worth repeating. It is harmless and short, but I found it boring rather than charming. Not recommended.

A once again silly sequel to a simple yet entertaining idea, the characters in this game were amusing yet I feel the dialogue was a little more mundane here - also, the circular layout of this instalment made the process feel a tad flatter in vibe in my opinion. The inclusion of the final choice is a nice addition and decorating the notebook was fun, I still think it was a fun little game and don't see it as a waste. Also there was a little more diversity instead of simple fetching and exchanging items (money collecting, phone call for example) so I appreciate that :)) onto the final game!
Overall, the game follows on from the previous game and adds nothing new except for a notebook. In my opinion, the second part turned out less charming and a bit more tedious.
another fun entry in the frog detective series! just a fun silly time. my only nitpick is that upon a second go-around to get any missed achievements, waiting for the notebook entries to fill out is a little annoying. overall though great time
It was fun, but unfortunately, it wasn’t even a little bit challenging. I was hoping for some puzzles, but the gameplay was rather simple. The ending felt kind of anticlimactic. Recommended if you are searching for something really simple, not recommended if you are expecting to solve interesting puzzles.
MORE FROGS. THIS TIME A WIZARD. All my homies hate lobster cop. He sucks. What a loser. I'm famous and big and ready to take on the world. Armed with a terrible sense of humor and my magnifying glass, i will save this wretched world. Good night Lobster Cop... FOR GOOD
Frog Detective was already a fantastic experience. Frog Detective 2 elevates the frog detective experience even further.
a really short, sweet, and silly point and click.
