About
You're in Hell - Now what?
Ricardo the chicken was sent to Hell for bad boy crimes (being cool), and now he must find a way back to his world.

Explore different landscapes in search of the Hell Bells, devices that open the exit!

Jump high, dash a lot, and grind icy rails!
Grab powerups to improve your abilities - They provide Ricardo with gnarly accessories too!

Of course there are enemies. And lots of fire. This IS Hell, after all.

Weird allies? Premonitions of disaster? No one seems to know for sure. They could be useful, though...
Do you have what it takes to return home and take your life back?
Then stop the ultimate evil blocking your way!

Always sort by new on Steam. This game is AMAZING. Final boss's had me sweating ngl.
A short but enjoyable platformer. Design feels a bit confused, but it doesn't stop it from being enjoyable. Hoping to see more from its sequel.
(Somewhat) Asinine Inaccessibility: Fowl Legacy When the time came to develop this game into an accessible or inaccessible one, it seems like a game of "Chicken" was played, instead. There's a warning in the game for flashing lights but not on its store page; a comfortable default control scheme but no remappable controls to account for personal preferences; volume sliders (that help out with quieting some obnoxiously loud sound effects) but no VSync toggle. This refusal to commit to making this game playable by more people has come home to roost.
Masterclass of a game. Such a wonderful and weird experience. Best platforming game for me in a long time.
Being a bad boy is considered a sin in my farm / 10
Fowl Tarnished, in search of the Elden Wing
Fowl Legacy is quite a good 3D platformer. It has elements of a collectathon with plenty of things to find and fairly expansive levels, but with only 6 levels (+2 bonus stages) and less than 20 of the main collectible it's just a bit more than bite size. Some of the secrets are fiendishly well hidden, though, and I'm certain I didn't find everything, just the ones that count for achievements. Movement is fairly simple but satisfying. You don't have a lot of moves, but the game makes good use of what it has and doesn't last long enough to feel stale. Plus rail grinding as a chicken is just fun as hell. Graphically it has a satisfying early 3D crunchy textures look that largely doesn't sacrifice visual clarity. The only major exception is that the later sections of Tricolor Ire can become hard to read due to the way the stage gimmick works, but you can just wait a bit for the gimmick to reset and it'll become clear again. Overall, very highly recommended to fans of the genre, and I can recommend it to more general audiences as well. Maybe not for actual kids though - leaving aside the premise of a chicken in hell, Tripolar Ire is a bit of a trip and could give particularly young kids nightmares. I'll say 10 and up.
