About

Utilise weapons, armour, abilities, alchemy ingredients, traps and anything else you can lay your hands on within an entirely classless character progression system.
Whether you want to be a nimble-footed archer flinging fireballs between arrows or face your foes, toe to toe as an axe-wielding whirlwind of death; the choice is yours.

The Vale of Vahrin is beset by threats from both within and without, the perfect place for a mercenary in search of their next contract.
Rival mercenaries, bandits, monstrous beasts and even hideous creatures infest the Vale of Vahrin, ready and waiting for their bounties to be claimed.
Master intense real-time action combat and adapt to every challenge, ensuring that no enemy, no matter how powerful, can stand in your way.

Aid the survivors in their personal tales of grief, love and even humour, as they fight back against the overwhelming odds facing Vahrin.
Traverse a world steeped in beauty and mystery, from overgrown city streets to magical caverns and murky bogs, each hand-crafted to test your resolve.
Scour every corner; leaving no stone unturned in your quest to discover hidden treasures, unravel lost mysteries, and claim the spoils of Vahrin for your own.

The city of Vahrin found itself overwhelmed by a swarm of the grotesque, insect-like creatures known as khraiax.
In response, many of the Free Cities, united under the banner of the Combined Order, sent their armies to confront this terrible threat.
But victory was not to be theirs, for while the khraiax stood little chance against the might of the combined forces, a far greater danger rose from beneath the city’s streets.
Vahrin’s king lies dead, along with thousands of soldiers who marched to the city’s aid. Now only its most stalwart defenders remain, desperately fighting to reclaim their beloved home.

Vahrin’s Call stands as its own complete tale, yet it forms just one part of a sweeping epic narrative that spans nations and continents.
What begins as smaller, isolated struggles becomes part of a greater saga, where every character’s trial, every kingdom’s war, and every act of courage or betrayal weaves the tapestry of the unfolding story throughout the world.

Good gameplay mechanics however the optimisation is horrible, definitely wait for patches.
Great game rivals some other rpgs koa reckoning for example
So far I'm 10 hours into the game and completed chapter 2. The game is great with the highlights being the classless character builds, exploration and quests. It really teleports you back to the 2000s in a good way. From what I hear that this game was built by 7 people which is really incredible. I haven't had performance issues the game runs fine for my specs and the only other con is being address which is no ultra wide support. It's already on the public test realm so I'll also say the way they are addressing feedback is great

Double AA Kingdoms of Amalur, kinda jank and the combat is not as good but its fun with a serviceable story. Only issue is you can hit the max leveling cap pretty easy. Once I hit it I just stop playing cause the fun was in building up my character, once that stopped I just didnt care any more. Buy on sale or if you need a triple A palate cleanser to play. The passion of the devs shows on this one
fun game
Fun game, but it needs some tweaking. The inventory system is definitely a pain in the butt to navigate. When opening the map it would be better if it opened on your character's location instead of having to find your character location. Other than that this is a solid RPG with lots to discover.
No właśnie walka może i prosta i mało wymagająca to daje sporo frajdy. Laptop to Lenovo Procesor AMD Ryzen 5 220w/ Radeon 740M Graphics (3.20GHz) RAM 16 GB Karta graficzna NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 Laptop GPU (8GB) ADM Radeon 740M Graphics (512MB). Wersja EN If you’re a fan of *Fable 1* or *Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning*, or if you enjoy character progression like in *Skyrim*, then this game is for you. Instead of a massive, potentially empty open world, we get a large world divided into smaller levels; these are beautifully crafted, highly detailed, and incredibly polished. You can tell the level designers put in a lot of effort—the areas look stunning. The music is equally impressive—it’s catchy and a pleasure to listen to while exploring or fighting. Speaking of combat, it might be simple and undemanding, but it’s a lot of fun. I enjoyed archery the most, though swordplay and magic hold their own too. It really gave me the same vibe as the good old *Fable* or *Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning*. Those games handled their worlds similarly, and I recall the locations looking fantastic there, too. Now, regarding my favorite aspect of open-world games—exploration—it’s done very well here. Plus, the game clearly tells you what to look for: chests, gnomes, and skill books. That gives me extra motivation; I won't move on to the next region until I’ve found all the hidden secrets. For instance, in *Two Worlds 1*, you discover the map yourself, stumbling upon various locations and items along the way. I like to joke that the "question mark" trend started with that game—except there, *we* were the ones finding them. Here, the objectives are specific, yet there are still plenty of smaller items to discover. In short, the exploration in this game is top-notch. I’ll write about the rest once I’ve finished the game. For now, I’m giving it an 8/10—though the score might change after I’ve played through the whole thing; who knows? Also, the game runs very smoothly for me; I haven’t experienced any stuttering. I’ve listed the specs of the laptop I’m playing on below. Laptop: Lenovo Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 220w / Radeon 740M Graphics (3.20GHz) RAM: 16 GB Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 Laptop GPU (8GB) AMD Radeon 740M Graphics (512MB)
This game is an embarassment. 5 years for this? LuL.
