Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

About
If you’ve played traditional football managers, you’re probably familiar with the following feelings:
Complex attributes: Footballers have many attributes, and you don’t always understand which ones truly affect the match outcome. Often, the only strategy becomes buying high-level players instead of finding a footballer whose unique attribute perfectly suits your tactics.
Unclear results: You never really know why you win or lose. This forces players to search for "winning" formations on forums instead of analysing the opponent and consciously selecting footballers capable of exploiting their weaknesses.
Financial complexity: Club funds quickly disappear, and it’s hard to understand how to manage finances and strategically plan expenditures.
Football, Tactics & Glory is a game about full control and a complete understanding of what’s happening on the pitch and in the club:
Transparency of attributes: You always know exactly how each footballer’s attribute impacts the encounters, allowing you to customise formations for each opponent, defeating even stronger teams with the right player selection and tactical approach. This also makes transfers much more interesting and exciting.
Control over tactics: Feel like a real coach, making smart tactical decisions, not just changing formations hoping for luck.
Control over luck: Luck plays a big role, as in real football. But you can minimise its impact by understanding your players’ abilities and building the team around your playstyle.
Strategic financial planning: The game’s economy is designed so that you always feel in control of your finances. The game demonstrates the importance of strategies like "developing" footballers for sale and finding promising talents who will become your future stars.
No micromanagement: This is a game about strategic planning, not micromanagement. Instead of wasting time on increasing an attribute by 0.01%, you make decisions that significantly affect the club’s fate. Therefore, the game lacks the boring elements of football managers: endless spreadsheets, routine tasks, and unimportant mechanics.
Great variety: FTG is so deep that even after hundreds of hours, you’ll continue discovering new and interesting things. The game world develops uniquely each time, creating new challenges and exciting emergent stories. This makes each campaign different from the last one.
The game values your time: You can complete one football season in a few real hours instead of days, as in other football managers. At the same time, each season is packed with events and interesting decisions.
Comprehensive tutorial: The game explains all elements in detail. And if you still have questions, the active community will answer them on the forum or Discord.
Good turn-based mechanics allow complex systems to be simplified, while retaining their essence and emotions. For example, XCOM perfectly conveys the feel of firefights with aliens, and Civilization — the development of a civilisation.
Our turn-based system uses key football concepts to make match outcomes and your tactical decisions clear and transparent. Once you understand how these mechanics work, you’ll feel the emotions inherent in real football.
Additionally, the ability to take your time with each move allows for comfortable gameplay. Especially if you’re over 40 and don’t have the reaction speed you once had.
Yes, it’s a serious football manager that’s easy to start playing due to its apparent simplicity, but hard to stop because of the depth of its features.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 13: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Love it! The game could use an update for the interface and animations to make it better.
As other reviews say, this is football-XCom. There is a tactical part and a strategy part. The tactical part is where you move your footballers on the pitch. This part is insanely good. Players roles are basically classes, each one with special abilities (wings can move 4 tiles, defenders have auto-intercept, you getbthe idea) and the sinergy level among classes is insane. Soon enough you'll start thinking about training a wing to increase the number of crosses because all your forward have the "headers" ability, or the multiple ways you can organize your defense. There are a lot of possibilities here, and it's really great when a piece of tactics comes together. Then, there is the strategic part. This is where you decide how to train your players, which skills you want on them and obviously sell/buy them. And your team's permanent upgrades (stadium, youth center, scouts, etc.). I have to admit, I'm finding this part incredibly hard. Now, the devs when for a simplified approach here: there is a lot of depth when it comes to your strategy decisions, but they also decided to not overcomplicate things. It's really a easy to learn, hard to master approach. Unfortunately, it's VERY hard to master. You are supposed to take young players train them and then sell them for profit (buying old players is basically only useful as a desperate move to cover a temporary hole in your team, as the older the players get, the less valuable they are). And yet, you are always short of money. Your player stats start very low compared with the opponents and so you can't score. You'll start losing game after game, the sponsors won't pay you and you can't buy better players, while the good you have will inesorably age. Sinxe you have no money, you'll end up buying only young players, with low stats and so you'll never break this loop of mediocrity. There is an easy mose though, but it totally trivializes the strategic part. Still, with effort, you'll be able to see some progress: the bank account will SLOWLY increase, you'll start investing in better coaches to train the player faster and things will start rolling. But this game gives a new meaning to "slow start" :) (Well, this is all based playing with the lowest league in sandbox mode, perhaps things are better if you just choose the best team of the premier league as starting point). But anyway, it's a great game and well worth it!
nice game with political slogans all around
