This game is awesome I love everything about it. However as an indie developer its performance is discouraging. This game should have 100 times the reviews and should have sold 100s of thousands of copies. This should be up there with the other great indies. Its just hard to realize that you could produce an amazing game, for no one to appreciate. This game has all the attributes of an indie cult classic. Im not sure how it hasnt reached the audience it should have, but it kind of makes me want to give up for the first time. I highly recommend this game to anyone wanting a fun cozy game to play.
Fun for a couple of hours, but it had a very "basic" feel -- like I was playing a free flash game from 20 years ago, and it didn't stay interesting for very long. The price tag isn't high though so I'd recommend it for a casual game for a couple of hours.

I love the game. It's simple and cozy Good soundtrack , Chilling vibes..The idea of the game is so interesting
Floramancer is very engaging. It's filled with fun mechanics and a sweet art style. Def would recommend.
I like this game very much. Art is cool and very stylish. I especially love opening cutscene. Music is cool and relaxing. Plays well on PC or deck. It may be simple. But this game did everything right. I simply want more of this goodness.
I've seen the developer on one of these "1 Game, 5 Developer, No Communication" Videos made by Blackthornprod and instantly fell in love. Bought it not much later and I have to say, it kept the promising impression! Magic, some kind of farming and a cute art style! For me a great combination! The spells feel rewarding (especially the ice spell, when freezing the lakes) and growing my garden made this game so damn cute! For an indie developer it is an amazing game with good balancing and nice mechanics! But: It is a bit short. I did not explore too much as I found all the needed spells on my direct ways and so won the game in a little under two hours. Though I will come back and look around for some hidden items. Also as a side note: Maybe change the ice physics? While it is funny to endlessly slide on ice, it is also a bit confusing. All in all a super nice game and I surely do not regret buying it! Especially since it supports a decent indie developer!
FloraMancer is such a chill game and I really love it. The pixel graphics are so pretty. Growing flowers is fun and not too difficult and the combat is fun too. Great for a cozy gaming session!
I got a chance to play this for a while this week (week of March 10th, 2024) and wanted to give my initial thoughts. In all honesty, I think it's got some great ideas and interesting mechanics that make it pretty fun. I did notice some things that might need to be looked into, though. First, let's talk pros: + The game itself is pretty easy to play in terms of controls. Nothing is too complicated, and while there is a combat mechanic, the game is fairly laid back/chill. +The seed planting mechanic is a good idea. I like how they paid attention to detail that planting certain types of seeds next to one another can cause other seeds to thrive a little more. +The music is relaxing, and they did a nice touch with transitioning the music for the enemy encounters as well. +The spells are pretty varied. A good amount of elements to choose from to start. Now, onto the cons and some things I picked up on: -If you run out of all mana for a spell, that spell disappears until you pick up another from one of the seeds you planted. This means you either need to back to your main area to harvest new spells, or you need to hope you can quickly plant seeds somewhere in the field and quickly reap them for spells. If you can't, you're pretty much forced to go back. Some kind of either basic attack or even some kind of slow mana regen mechanic would make this a bit better. -The trailer/videos for the game make it seem like it runs very quickly/smoothly. I do notice some choppiness to the game. I wouldn't necessarily call it a lag, but I'm running it on pretty decent gaming rig and the animation seems a little slow. There are no options to change any graphical settings, so I'm wondering how the video showed the animations to be faster than the actual gameplay. -The spells are really fun to play with, but they seem pretty overpowered in *most* cases, and yet there are cases like the Heal spell where when it gets stronger, it doesn't seem to heal as much or with enough of a difference that it matters. Perhaps something can be tweaked here, and perhaps being able to combine spells / cross-breed them would create some more experimentation. -The enemies are not tough. I died once during playtime, and beat the game in roughly 2 hours. Adding just a bit more variety in enemy patterns/toughness could have added a bit more to the game. -No windowed mode option. I like to play some games not in full screen mode, so adding an option like that would be helpful. All in all, for this being something made by 3 people, it's a decent game and has lots of potential! I would highly recommend it if you're into something that's a little more relaxing than challenging and have a few bucks to spare.
