FLATHEAD

Not a fan. very bland game.

A fair warning. Prolonged gameplay may cause the player to experience "for a nice way to put it" Radiohead "The Bends" level of dehumanization. The black hole was clever, because now eye contact is just a game of over or under. Cult. If you have the courage to work here, open interviews are held daily.

For some reason can't see anything past the CALIBRATION, aside from white dot, just a black screen with noise. If not for the sounds I'd think the game broke down, but I can hear and since I can hear I can understand that the camera is moving with my mouse. Once accidentally turned on some cassette, while completely blind. I can hear the clicking and footsteps, but no vid appears which is quite frustrating. The graphics are default, hadn't touched them. Quite sad, since I've heard good things about this game and was looking forward to play it:/

The simplicity of the luck-based gameplay with the constant ticking intensity of limited time made this game so addicting for me. [b] Recommended [/b]by [i]Aqua [/i]

The first few runs are effectively tense with the visuals and atmospehere to seal the deal, which would have made for an easy recomend (espescialy considering the asking price) had that inital impression lasted. Repeat playthorughs to get to the ending disolves all tension once you've figured how to win, making the game a monotonous grind: Once the horror aesthetics have washed over you, the game is as compelling as data entry. The game's gambling mechanics are lackluster, and not advantageous for the player to utalize. Unlockable tapes, which can be unlocked from the menu anyway, and the ending are not worth the twenty or so times you need to complete the game to see them.

I'm not a fan of luck-based games, even where skill is injected. But I can't deny the game's sheer quality. It's weird, it's creepy, it looks amazing, and the hidden logs are very interesting. Recommended for people who enjoy Over/Unders or people who enjoy luck taking more of a front seat to the gameplay.
