Five - Guardians of David Review Overall I like this game a lot. While it is a bit older (2015) the graphics and gameplay are good. This game tells a story that is both copmpelling and also biblicaly accurate story. I love how the little caches illuminating spell out exactly what is in the bible alongside what has been added for narrative, and even show the reference biblical chapters and verses. Bravo for this! Sometimes the movement can be a bit weird. Especially during fights there doesn’t seem to be free movement, or it’s hard to click on exactly what you are trying to click on (specific enemy, enemy vs pottery, etc). There also are some seemingly significant issues which are still not addressed in a 10+ year old game, which is a bit disturbing. 1. The stash does not work on the Well of Bethlehem level. 2. Replay level locking you into the original story path. So after gaining acces to Zion, you can go back to complete prior levels. This can be helpful, such as collecting the story caches missed in the original playthrough. However, there is no easy way to get back to Zion and your current progress after replaying a level. I missed caches very early, in the David and Gloiath level. Instead of being able to complete the level and return to Zion, I was locked into not just completing this level, but every level after it up to the point where Zion is reached in the story. While I did have other caches that were missing, a lot of levels did not need replay so I found this tedious.

Wonderful game play. The Holy Scriptures from the Holy Bible Authorized by King James are the authentic century proven word of God that explains the journey. The missions, the battles, and the narration with the animated strips are superb. Highest Rating. Finally, a game out of the millions on all types of platforms that a Disciple of JESUS CHRIST can play and study and live the Holy Scriptures in real time, without wasting time not studying the Creator of all things Holy Word. God bless you creators of FIVE: Guardians of David. Please make more Bible Scripture Games. Out of all the games and platforms on earth I only play your game.
I can safely recommend this game to any ARPG Fans.
It reminded me very much of Titan Quest and gets quite a lot right but the characters refused to move or got stuck so many times that I very quickly lost patience with it and found this far too annoying to tolerate.
Se me parece muchisimo a Dungeon Siege 1 y 2. Llevas varios personajes a la vez y está bastante entretenido. No me esperaba mucho del juego pero realmente me sorprendió.
https://youtu.be/fq9qdBJzcQI Creating a Biblical Diablo is unique approach to both concepts, that does land either due to obvious friction between the sources, especially regarding murder.
Très bon jeu, qui reprend fidèlement les épisodes Bibliques sur David et ses guerriers.
This game is terribly optimized. There is no way a DX9 game from 2015 should be constantly dropping frames with an RTX4080. As others have reported in the Steam discussions, I experienced constant frame rate drops in 4k resolution no matter what I selected in the graphic options. This was especially bad in the cinematics and the Goliath boss battle section where the frame rate was constantly dropping into the 30s-40s. Another major issue with this game is the horrible save function. Even though you can click to save during a level, the game doesn't actually save. If you have to quit playing and then return, you are forced to restart the entire level with respawned enemies. Another problem with this game is that your characters often get stuck in the terrain such as on a simple rock where you need to restart the level. Graphics are also outdated, there are no difficulty settings, and there are constant biblical quotes and references throughout the entire game. The developer also abandoned this game, so there will be no patches to address any of these issues. I did not enjoy my time spent with this game, so I therefore cannot recommend it.
A decent diablo style game with a Christian stories/scriptures as the theme. There are a few graphic bugs, quality level is around Diablo 2 era. I've definitely seen worse. It can be a little tedious as you have to manually equip your entire party.
Awesome Game.
