Find Cats in the Casino

Find Cats in the Casino is a simple hidden object game with a really nice presentation. Instead oflooking at one giant colorful picture, you sit at a security desk and switch between casino cameras. Theblack and white visuals make the small cat images blend into the environment surprisingly well, so youactually need to pay attention. I also liked the small interactive details around the desk and the extracameras with little surprises. It is a short game, but finding all 100 cats and collecting the achievementswas a fun way to spend an evening.

Ein extrem kurzes Spiel. Ich hatte es in guten 15 Minuten mit allen Errungenschaften abgeschlossen. Das ist vermutlich auch der Grund, warum die Errungenschaften nicht zum Profil zählen, weil sie im Grunde verschenkt werden. Jede der hundert Katzen, die man findet, ist eine Errungenschaft. Für den Euro, oder reduziert für 50 Cent, kann man es sich mal gönnen, wenn man Wimmelbildspiele mag, aber ich finde, es ist jetzt nicht gerade ein Must Have.

The concept and aesthetic are sort of unique for a hidden objects game-- You check different fuzzy cameras to find pictures of cats littered in an old era Vegas inspired casino, cool! Unfortunately, the art is soulless AI, which is my fault for not noticing when I bought this game, but quickly realized when I started playing and actually had to LOOK at the art. That aside, the "hidden cats" are the same out of place, pixelated image on what looks like what was meant to be a piece of paper scattered throughout each level. There are a few random gimmick levels thrown in that do not affect the game's completion. There's also a useless 30 minute timer that adds nothing to the game. No idea what happens if you don't complete the levels before the timer ends, but I'm certain the only people who let it run out did it intentionally to see what would happen?? Do not pay full price for this slop. It's not worth the dollar it costs in the store and the fact that it's not a free game is a mystery.
