Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; Epic, Nintendo publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

FF7 Remake is the first 5 hours of the original FF7 stretched out to 30 hours. The game makes you feeeel like an imposter syndrome edge lord swinging a big piece of metal just for the love of the game. And, you get to fight the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - I mean c'mon! 8/10
way more linear that i expected though still rather densely packed with detail and at a pace i dont see very often with main characters popping in and out for sometimes long bouts of gameplay its actually kind of refreshing the flying enemies are terrible and annoying to fight aside from that pretty solid with really likable companions that actually feel like they have each others interests in mind and genuinely try to improve each other

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 26: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

US · last 30 days
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 37.89/day in the week to Aug 4 → 46/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game has some really annoying issues: First is performance, apparently on AMD, but I neve had issues, I could run the game at 2k 120fps... until the last 2 chapters where the game sometimes crashed before entering a cutscene after defeting the boss/bose stage. I had to do the final boss THRICE and is a long boos fight... thankfully setting a cap o 90 fps solved the issue, also stream lined progression let me get to the point faster, Second is pacing...there's a LOOOOOT of paddling and annoying "slow-down" sections: climb the stairs, open the door, cross this small hole, slow-walks, go A then go B, then C and finally return to A...And don’t even get me started on the repetitive, long "mini-cutscenes". For example, there’s a boss with multiple stages, and after each stage you get the same “boss got damaged” cinematic that lasts longer than it should and completely breaks the flow of combat. The same thing happens when solving environmental puzzles, you get the same long mini cutscene way too much. All this make the game way much longer than it should, and it can get SUPER annoying, I almost quit... but the story and characters are TOP tier, I liked them so much I had the keep going. I think the game is more enjoyable if you know the OF story and have played crisis core, since you’ll catch a lot more references than if you go into it completely blind. I've heard from my iancée and brother-in-law in law that Rebirth is way better, and after watching the trailer I got so freaking hyped
Never played original ff7, but I am a huge fan of FFX. Sadly, the remake is not turn based. I just spam mouse click and can get through most enemies. If you are a fan of FFX cloister trials where u have to use a bit of your brain, this game doesnt require that at all. It is very very straight forward.
my final fantasy
gutes Spiel & Story, bisschen optimierung für Maus und Tastatur würde nicht schaden (weniger Menü geklicke).
Très bon, tant que tu essaie pas de faire trop de minijeux
A horrible remake of the story, the main campaign is way too easy and the hard mode suddenly has senseless combats from act 1 like enemies with literal 0 stagger, tehre is no actuall thought for the difficulty, you r not suposed to be able to use items yet they still give you items all the time, new characters are no more than cheap filler I'm glad i got this on a discount, the combat would be great if it could find an actual funny middle ground, but as it is rn, it sucks; it sucks storywise, difficulty wise, menu wise; the only good thing, is presentation, the music, the graphics, the sounds, the camera, they are all great, is very well packaged nothing-cake that lasts 90 or more hours
I think it's clearly underrated. I enjoyed the game as a "more mature version" of the classic Final Fantasy. I loved this creation 💚
Unglaubliche gute Geschichte. Wirklich sehr spannende Unterhaltung bis ins Finale. Richtig gute Sychro! Filmreife Videosequenzen und permanente Fragen, was eigentlich hier los ist. Hat mir richtig gut gefallen!
