A dice roguelike about feeding a dragon for twenty years. Roll ingredients, build your island, and fuse absurd recipes into combos that break the score wide open. Miss a meal and you're next on the menu.

About
You struck a deal with a dragon: twenty years of protection for twenty years of dinner service. The island thrives under the beast's watchful eye, as long as the meals keep coming.

Every year, the dragon wakes up hungrier. You roll dice to work your island, harvest ingredients, fuse them into recipes, and cook them down in the Scorchpot — the pot you keep full or end up in. Get the meal right and you prosper. Get it wrong and you're smoke.
Build farmsteads, shrines, and harbors across your hex-grid island, each one changing how the board pays out. The best runs start with a handful of tiles and end with a machine that buries the dragon in food. Then the odds tighten, the dragon turns picky, and you tear the whole thing down and rebuild while it's on fire.
Feed the Scorchpot, keep the dragon happy, and outlast the contract.

Build a scoring engine — Place farms, shrines, and harbors so they feed each other. 50+ buildings and 80+ recipes to mix and upgrade, until a handful of tiles becomes board-breaking numbers.
Every meal is a math puzzle — Combine ingredients into recipes that boost Flavor and Essence, multiplying your Fodder score into absurd, screen-shaking numbers.
Press your luck — Win in fewer seasons for a bigger payoff, but each year you stay raises the stakes: harsher odds, hungrier dragons, the odd tantrum that torches your board.
Build your dice — 20+ types: odd, even, colored, even dice carved into six sixes. Tune your tray and pray the dragon's merciful.
Broken combos, on purpose — Bend the rules, break the math, and rebuild when everything catches fire.
Hand-drawn, every inch — Every dragon, building, and meal drawn by Daniela, the artist half of the married duo who made the game.

For combo addicts — If you've broken Balatro or Slay the Spire wide open with one overpowered synergy, you'll feel at home.
Quick to pick up — Roll, cook, feed: you've got the loop by your first year. Staying ahead of the dragon for twenty is the hard part.
Cozy on top, ruthless underneath — Hand-drawn and warm, right up until the fire catches.
Cook cleverly, plan badly, or just roll with it — the dragon doesn't care how you win, only that you feed the beast on time. And yes, you can pet the dragon.

Sums Steam only; GOG, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah. This is exactly what I want in a single player board game.
Whats not to like, Catan, a variety of Dragons, good music and sound, just a wonderful game to hang out with and enjoy
What an amazing game. Already enjoying this more than Balatro. So many more combinations, so many more options, so many more game mechanics. Loving it. Tottaly worth it. Cant wait to get more recipes and buildings.

Danke, Maxim :D
It is just Catan but single player and a ton of different layers to discover. There is also multiple dragons to unlock which emulate the different boards catan has.
Pěkná malá hra rodinného Moravského týmu. Osadníky z Katanu mám rád, kouzlu Balatro jsem propadl už dávno. Scorchpot je povedený mix těchto klasik. Funguje to.
Catan Balatro kinda good actually
Feed the Scorchpot 4/5: "Za sedmi vršky a sedmi potůčky, počítáno od Patočků, se usídlil strašný drak." Vypiplaný, neoriginální a mrtě chytlavý "excelovská čísla stoupají strmě vzhůru do hausnumer, o kterých jste jaktěživ neslyšeli" mix deskovkových Osadníků z Katanu a pokerového fenoménu v podobě Balatra. Vadí to?
Just one game, I promise... what could go wrong ?
When Balatro was released, it was the coming of crack into the world of gaming. Well fellas, this is it... Crack 2 : electric boogaloo just hit the streets.
Harder, better, faster, stronger
Feed The Scorchpot takes every good idea of the roguelike """deck building"'' genre and builds upon it to create something truly awesome. Big numbers, game breaking synergies, fine tuning of randomness by making up your own dices, short and long term strategies and decisions for permanent engagement so you're never bored, the game has it all. But beware... it's a tiny bit addicting. If it would have one downside, it's that it's less casual friendly, the learning curve is a bit more steep. It's a bit harder to get started, as you have a lot of informations for a first game. But when it's on... most addicting stuff I've played so far. As I write this review, I just forgot to eat and go outside after playing for 4 hours straight, that felt like it was minutes. Same as yesterday night. Took me less than 24 hours to get hooked. If I were to nitpick, I'm not a fan of the medieval vibe and the art direction in general, but honestly it doesn't really matter when the game design is that incredibly well made.
A blast at release, already GOTY material
Balatro dropped my hands after 60 hours before I got back to Slay The Spire, I'm confident this one will keep me busy for a very long time. It just has so much more depth and mechanics. For a game that just got released and will get improvements in QoL, balance and additional content... well yes, that might be a contender for GOTY. I'm on the fence on recommending this. Don't do drugs kids, never start. But on the other hand... just one game or two, just to try it out. Couldn't go wrong, right ?
