Was fun for first 1-2 hours , but then discovered the crops take real time to grow and have to wait 30min-1 hour. Like Why do i have to wait an hour to come back and check if the crops are ready to be harvested, spend another 5 mins to plant new crops, sell and then wait another hour to check back. That ridiculous, atleast add speed time feature so We dont have to wait flipping hours lol. I didnt spend my money to wait, I spent it to play and spend an hour chilling farming. thats absurd literally
Could be that I am delusinal but I expected more for 25€ than that... I love spending money but waiting for 10 minutes to refill my tank is anoying... I was expecting to pay to refill, but my logic dosnt match the games world, that world pays with time and not money to refill with fuel. Game has potential but it feels stretched.
Lovely game with a lot of character. But the game keeps telling me I am cheating and I have no idea why... Have I become too efficient and good at this game? Have I become a victim of my own success???
(I genuinely don't know)
After sinking hundreds of hours into the first game it only felt natural to want the second game to try out as well. After playing for almost 8 hours I feel as though I can make some sort of review. My opinion is this: the first one is wildly better. In just about every single way. The mechanics for this feel a bit weirder for some things, I keep accidently trying to remove things instead of moving them for whatever reason if you fat finger the "z" or "x" I've been finding it annoying trying to unselect said items. A lot of people prefer the graphics for the second one over the first one, however I actually think the first one looks way better with a lot of things. I appreciate the added texture the second one delivers, however some of it just looks off and makes the game look weird, a little blurry, even a little cheap looking, while the first one looks pretty crisp and clear in comparison. I have noticed that the grind seems less exhausting as I am already rank 13 on my farm and have almost 200k, something I would be hella grinding for in the first game. I also noticed that I get the event rewards if I help out others on their farms, which is a pretty cool feature and makes doing events a lot easier. I DO like the added shops features, that feels more homey and lively than just random quests from npcs we never meet and to just be stuck from farm to farm. The automatic harvesting is the best added mechanic and is so needed in the first one. All in all, if you loved the first game chances are you may like the second one or like some people you may just like the first one better. In my case, the first one is way better in just about everything. The game could have had so much added features, added crops, added trees, added flowers, animals decor ect. But it seems to fall flat in that department. Just about everything you harvest can be found in the first game, the only thing that changed were the graphics and mechanics. There's barely any dlc and from the reviews of the explorer pack it seems as though they got greedy. Farm Together 2 was meant to be FT's brilliant successor, but in all honesty it just seems like it was more of a money grab. There could have been so much more added to this game to blow it out of the water, but even with the added town for your shops it still is lifeless. Despite my opinions on both games, I still really enjoy both games and love getting on and going on auto-pilot. There's something satisfying in just turning off my brain and mindlessly harvesting on my farms or other's and decorating, it scratches that itch when I don't want to have to think a lot or do crazy things in games and can just relax, toke up, space out, and farm.
I've played the first one and enjoyed it a lot while there was some questionable stuff but I was able to let those slip by but this version oh boy, What you have with this game isn't much diff from the first one other then the Price Tag and far more annoying to play, Some of the stuff I can say good and bad about the game are. The Good - Graphics got a major overhaul and look nice - Automated mode for crops, etc - Terrain I think? - Event Pass (free stuff) - Town stuff - NPC Quests - and other new content like mining, etc The Bad - Modded worlds + others - Event Missions - Barely any more content from the first game - The price tag and lack of sale - The Icons on World map (Pretty much just Resource tags) - The Thumbs up system - and far more Some of the bads I can say is the Thumbs up system from the Online side of things as this part of the game is just flat out unbalanced, Spend less then 5 mins in a level 750 world and harvest some crops and go back to your world and turn in your thumps up for anything in the game being from Cash to resources to gems or anything and it's not even a small amount as you can get a flat out 1,000,000 Cash right off the bat (depending on your level) and other resources in a large amount and at this point it's just cheaty and sure you could not do it but lets be real.. Your going to do. While there is the issue with modded Worlds/etc while yes it's true that it does not effect others on the game but the fact it's even there is the issue and these mods are just cheaty tools. Then we have the Event Pass and the missions, The missions are just flat out not doable for players under level 150 or so on there worlds and are forced to join other worlds (modded/level 750) worlds or better known Event Worlds where players just have tons of the event items ready to harvest to get those challenges completed and these are "daily" challenges where you need 20,000 harvest of a single item. The Terrain is annoying and drains your gems fast but you have to do it as there's no "option" to have a flat world until you unlock a shop that has the option to Flatting the world but that's only for what you unlocked (plots) and not the full world and for a new player this can get a bit pricey. The placement of objects is oh boy, Very much diff from the first game and far more annoying to work around but there is some nice touches to this also that the first game didn't have so it's a 50/50 to me. Overall being there's some issues at hand and that there isn't that much more to this game then the first game while the game has been out for decent bit now, I have to say the price tag is just not worth it. At the end of the day your just paying for Graphics and some content on the spot too be fair, It's a fun game overall but if I had to say what one is better I would still say the first game had more going for it over this version while the price tag doesn't help and the sales are not the best. Do I recommend this game? If your willing to spend the money for it then sure but if your looking for more content and stuff to do then the first version is the better option to play.
Még mindig Chilles :D

I am having a blast playing this game, and it's just nice to see a game that doesn't make you stress in any way. Just sit back, relax, and watch the fields grow.
