Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 362.2/day in the week to Jul 16 → 4.86/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Fun
Its a really competent and engaging gameplay loop thats like a mix of a mmorpg, breath of the wild, and animal crossing. Very high quality graphics and a good story. Definitely on the casual side. Lots to content.
There is A LOT to do in this game, so if 400 tasks at the same time stress you out, maybe this isn't for you. It's a bit overwhelming for me sometimes. There are a lot of controls and movements to remember, especially if you don't play every day, but I pick it back up easily enough that I can still enjoy the game. The characters are cute, the story is fun, the feeling of completing said 400 tasks is satisfying to me, and there are an unbelievable amount of worlds to explore and customization features, such as decorating your island, redesigning your character and the others, and more. I plan to finish this entire game. I'm 30ish hours deep and definitely could've finished the storyline by now if I weren't a completionist.

This is a neat and magical JRPG, it oozes with charm and character like these types of games do. I will get back to this and hopefully finish it once my video game fancies bring me back to this genre.
What a great game. I love when games have a big list of professions and let you grind to build up ALL of them with no restrictions, and this game is a good example of that. There's so much to do, with gathering, crafting, exploring and I liked pretty much all of it. It has great quality of life and nicely balances the easy gameplay with just enough depth to be interesting. I was hooked through the whole 100-ish hours I played, and after beating it, there is probably another 100 hours I could do. I don't know whether I'll do any of the post game, but if not, it's only because there are so many other games I want to get to.
it definitely stole time (i adore this game)
This is the best game I've ever played. I don't need to sleep, eat, or live life. All I need is fantasy life.
Already knew games like this usually have short stories, somehow it left a deeper mark on my heart. Normally, I can’t play games kind of theme for long in front of the PC, but for some reason, this one felt so comfortable to play that I completely lost track of time.
Somehow Fantasy Life is a cool RPG, Animal Crossing and an open world (and now a roguelike as well it seems?) at the same time. It's not the best at any of them, but it's pretty damn nice! There are a lot of systems, menus and settings to tune the experience to whatever you want it to be. My only gripes with the game is the "tutorial" is your standard JRPG 4 hours of reading boxes with text (which you need to do to get to some of the cool stuff, including multiplayer) and multiplayer being kind of meh.
