After nearly 40 hours of gameplay, I finally decided to write a review. I love the game, but I feel it is kind of repetitive unless I am doing something wrong. I am on my third heir, and I kind of wish you could expand into your personal life—such as a personal home, cars, and so on. The price is a bit steep, but I do feel this game is good and it has a lot of potential.
i've got like 9 hours currently in the game, it is definitely an early access game but the creator 100% seems to be interest in peoples comments and idea's, so much potential in this game, especially the little bit of economic education and it kind of gives you an idea how people like the rockefeller's ect managed to build wealth and maintain it for generations. haven't found any game breaking bugs or just normal bugs just not fully fleshed out but it is an early access game and is 100% more complete than EU5

A fun, basic, and educational way of teaching you how property management works, how to be a real estate investor, etc. Though, I wish there were more features to the aspect of property investing. I wish it was less of a click-to-click. I wish there was more graphics, pictures, etc. But it's an early access. I'd say worth the money. I'm excited to see what's more to come.
Fantastic experience with deep detail and so much potential
Awesome game! Hope the updates keep coming. I would really love to see a bit better way to keep on top of all the leases especially when you own so many!! Maybe the property manager could take on some automation or something? As well as removing the rent text messages requiring approval for like a 20 dollar decrease or something would be ideal. Love your work!
Bring money
Interesting concept, good EA release. All in all a fun game to play. I like the dedication of the developer. But there is still need for improvement. First of all the game is too easy. I started with 250K, and all I had to do is to make sure that I make money above the interest rate. The rents are only going up, and If I raise, some tenants will leave but new ones come almost instantly. Some mechanics are well explained, but others (like the trust fund, or the role of certain employees) are not so clear. The role of renovations (capex) is also not clear. I did it for some property, but there was not so big difference in maintenance cost. Property age is also an issue. In my save (KY and TN) there are no new buildings after 2020, so in 2045 all the buildings are old. I hope the development will continue at this pace, it will be an absolutely great game.
I think this is an interesting concept, specifically for anyone looking for some financial RP which is easy to access. I'm really looking forward to the roadmap this company has for this software, and I can't wait to see what the full version holds. I would only ask for more... scenarios and challenges. Vary things farther than market flux... add some low level political spice to the mix. Nothing so far as controversial but something to mimic real world flux which drives market flux. We're in a crash because... x or we're in a boom because Y. I'm sure that's on the drawing board, but being able to invest in that political sway and motivate the politics to favor your tax situation at the local and federal level would take this to another level. Real Estate is also not the only appreciating assets... so I hope this grows beyond that as well... looking at cars, houses, companies within the holding company... etc... R&D and Philanthropy projects too. I'm 4 hours in and definitely hooked
I like this type of game. Waiting for more improvement
The reviews speak for themselves. At time of writing, this game has been out for about a week and there are already people who've racked up dozens of hours playing it. I myself was astounded to find I've played 7.5 hours two days after buying it! :o It's a fun game, and doesn't feel like it's half finished like some EA games do. I found a bug and the dev was very responsive, releasing fixes the next day. I look forward to seeing how the game expands through EA!
