Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Step into the town of Porcupine and take to the well-loved scrubs of Finley, the newest fledgling doctor to join the ranks of St. Ursula's hospital. As the seasons in the small-town change and life starts to stir, you'll soon realize that things aren't always what they seem: Not everyone is honest with themselves and others, the healthcare industry is not as illustrious as it seemed in medical school, and the work/life balance Finley strives toward might be impossible to achieve.

Not only is there a lot to discover in the old hospital, but also in the small town of Porcupine itself. Take the time to meet the villagers and have a beer with them in the local pub, take a trip to the nearby forest, or spend quality time with your friends.
The blunt head doctor, the selfless nurse, Finley's smart friends, and many other residents populate the small town of Porcupine. Engage in funny, profound, and sometimes serious dialogues, in which you'll be able to choose your answers and influence your relationships.
You don't even have time to look at the clock because your patients are waiting! Investigate what's wrong with them through your conversations and treat them in different minigames that challenge you in logic, speed, and skill.
At first glance, the small town is a warm, friendly place where everyone knows and greets each other. But if you live there for any length of time, you'll suspect that not everyone is as honest as they pretend to be – especially in an unhealthy healthcare-system.

Review for "Fall of Porcupine" – An open letter to the developers from a Russian gamer. First, the game itself is wonderful. As a fan of Night in the Woods, I was instantly captivated. I recommend it to everyone. No complaints about the gameplay or art. But here is my story – and why your approach left a bitter taste. I saw your game on Xbox (I am first of all a console player) and fell in love with it from the screenshots. I wanted to buy two copies: one for me, one for a friend. That would have been $40 ($20 each) – money I was happy to pay. Then I discovered there is no Russian language support. However, you do support German, French, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and others – some less spoken worldwide than Russian. I refused to pay. Instead, I found an unofficial Russian translation online and played that version on PC. Later, I bought a Steam key for only $3 on a third-party site – just to leave this review. I played on my laptop with a gamepad and the fan translation. The result: You could have earned $40 from me. Instead, you earned $3. All because you ignored the Russian language. Why this makes no business sense - Russian speakers worldwide: about 258 million people. Compare to other languages you did include: - French: about 396 million speakers - Japanese: about 140 million - German: about 130 million - Korean: about 78 million Russian has more native speakers than Japanese, German, and Korean. Steam user language distribution (2025): - 1st: Chinese – about 35% of Steam users - 2nd: English – about 33% - 3rd: Russian – about 8.4% - 4th: Spanish – about 4.6% - 5th: Portuguese (Brazil) – about 2.8% Over 8% of Steam players speak Russian – that's millions of potential customers. My hope for the future Please, add Russian to your next games. It's not just about respect for the Russian community – it's simple business. You are leaving money on the table. I wanted to pay you $40. I ended up paying $3. Don't force your Russian fans to choose between piracy or third-party keys. Add Russian. We will buy your games.

It's a cute game with beautiful artstyle and memorable characters. There are a few bugs, most of which were either controls not always working when interacting with the phone for example or some of the dialogue being off-screen at times, but none of it stopped me from playing through the game. Overall I feel like the game could have been a bit more polished which could be the difference between a good game and a great one. If you decide to pick it up I heavily recommend playing through the demo first which is actually the prologue of the game and sadly isn't included in the main game. Hopefully someday it will receive update to fix the minor bugs and give it the polish it deserves. I personally liked the world of Porcupine and it's citizens and would love to play another game from the developers that either continues the story or is completely separate from it, but takes place in the same world. Thank you :)
heartfelt and very real
I really wanted to like this game. Although it was slow and a bit boring the characters and their lives and the main story seemed incredibly meaningful and important...but the gameplay was terrible so unfortunately I gave it up. I will admit, I am not the best gamer, I stick to a lot of point and clicks because I can't aim for ♥♥♥♥, but the little games and such were soooooo confusing. Especially the key-necessary, rhythm type ones. I also noticed quite a few little bugs like the notes not loading or incorrect save, etc. Really cute, though, so try it, I just didn't work well with it.
Commands are infuriatingly bad, and that's *before* they start bugging out due to bad coding. UI is buggy too at times. And can we for lord's sake make it faster to skip dialogue and walk inside the rooms?! And the minigames are just boring and dumb. This is just...no.
Fun little game. The puzzles were a little hard but that's just me.
Oh, wow, I did not expect the suckerpunch this game was. So, erm, let's try not to spoil things. You're a pigeon in residency at St. Ursula's, which is a rundown hospital in the tiny town of Porcupine. It's clear that the devs either were in or talked to people who were in healthcare professionally; I recognized some patterns and role types from my own days working in a hospital. Considering the game is dedicated to healthcare workers, it's not a surprise that it's lovingly portraying how difficult the field can be. Your sidekicks, Mia and Karl, and the whole host of characters in the town are fascinating to talk to, and there's no shortage of general conversations to be had in getting to know folks. This is as much a nod to small-town life as to the intensity of healthcare, with the backstories and history pieces to prove it. The minigames along the way make me glad for how many years of keyboarding I had to take, but they were all engaging. The art is playful and colorful, and the music is sweet. Which is why I wasn't prepared for it to just...end. There's a Big Climactic Moment and then--credits. That's my one real complaint here; some of the loose ends are tied up in pictures through the credits, but I have so many questions left unanswered. (And I'm very sad about one of the outcomes, even though I saw it coming a mile off.) Gameplay is good, the story is engaging--not a ton of choices, though, so it does have a visual novel feel--and I'm glad to have played it, but the ending was rough. Recommended, but tentatively.
Great Game.
:D
Jogo emocionante, arte bonita, a soundtrack desse jogo é muito boa, eu só tive problemas com uns bugs mas nada de mais. Eu recomendo muito esse jogo
